I wanted to complain about ********************************* bedside manner concerning the medical treatment of my cat. It turns out my cat did not actually need treatment as confirmed by my regular veterinarian. My cat's groomer found something that indicated possible urinary tract issue, my cast was not symptomatic. On each visit to the Vet, my cat was taken to the back to supposedly received treatment. I was not told what or given details of why the cat required over 4 visits to treat this issue which was now deemed **** glands.After receiving abusive treatment by ****************************** I called and asked to speak with Dr. **************** DVM several times. I was told each time by a receptionist that he retired at 80 and no longer works there and that ***************************** purchased the business from him and is now the owner. This left me no opportunity to address the issues as I am sure was the intention. A review of the situation indicates that my cat did not need any treatment, and ******************** acted in a retaliatory manner, when I questioned her about the treatment. (A way a person often acts when they are covering something up)There are a lot of good reviews when Dr. *************** actually worked there, it seems that since ***************************** has taken over things have changed for the worse. Some of the staff there have lied to me numerous times. I am sure some are dedicated, caring and competent, and they should find a job where they are appreciated.I don't like having my precious companion be provided unnecessary treatment, me being emotionally abused and lied to. False or incomplete information put in my cats' health record.This review is to the best of my knowledge true and correct.
