The business web site: ************************************ lists Dr. Don L***, DVM as working there and owner. I contacted business twice to speak with Dr. Don L*** and was told he no longer works there and that Dr. Eryn T******* is the owner. This occurred in July of 2023. Dr. Don L*** is still listed. I asked for services assuming the website advertising was correct and I was misled as I could not get Dr. Don L*** to treat my cat or talk to him as the listed owner at the time. I think Dr. Don L*** should be removed from the web page and I should be refunded for all services paid for except the blood work my cat had. I took my Klaich Animal Hospital who confirmed my cat did not need treatment in the first place.Business response

To whom it may concern:Re: ID ********We have received the complaint regarding the website being incorrect. The complaint was stating that Dr. Donald L*** no longer works here even though he is listed. However, he is still employed with us, and just works as relief as needed. When each client is scheduled, they are asked if they have a doctor preference and then it is confirmed with what doctor they are seeing after scheduling the appointment.Also, when the client is checked in for their visit, the assistant lets them know which doctor they are seeing. With that being said the client had multiple opportunities to decline being seen by Dr. T*******.Under no circumstance did any employee here tell her that Dr. L*** would be seeing her cat as it was well known that he works on relief only .All services that were paid forward rendered as approved by the owner; therefore, there is no reason for a refund.Feel free to call me or email me with any additional questions.Sammy B******, LVT

I am rejecting this response because:During the mentioned time frame:
I called AMC twice to speak with Dr. Donald L*** and was told twice that Dr. Donald L*** no longer works there that he retired at 80 years old and that Dr. Eryn T******* purchased the business from him.
I actually called three times and was admonished by the AMC receptionist saying "haven't I explained this to you already in a condescending tone, (I apologized and said I must be getting dementia LOL) .
I wanted to speak with him about Dr. Eryn T******* who violated NRS 638/NAC 638 and other issues.There are several issues, either their website is inaccurate or the receptionist lied to me several times.
I tend to believe that the Dr. Donald L*** does not actually work there, unless Dr. Eryn T******* is bullying them into saying that to cover up her misconduct.
If Dr. Donald L*** RETIRED AND SOLD THE Business TO Dr. Eryn T******* then All prior business reviews NEED TO BE deleted to REFLECT THE ACTUAL SERVICE LEVEL THE BUSINESS CURRENTLY provides.
Regardless financial remediation is needed to make things right and whole please.
