    I took my car to Nissan for a full diagnostic because it isn't driving right at freeway speeds and a traction light comes on. I was told that for $165 they would figure out what was wrong with my car. However, after spending less than 40 minutes looking at the car, Diego G***** with Nissan service department informed me that I needed four new tires. I told him I knew about the tires and wanted to know what else was wrong with the car. However, Diego G***** refused to complete the diagnostic unless I agreed to buy 4 new tires. When I came to pick up the car, Diego insisted that I owed the full charge of $165 for the diagnostic, even though he refused to complete it. He insisted that he had finished the diagnostic even though it clearly states on the invoice that "customer refused four new tires in order to continue the diagnostic." I waited to speak with the service manager, but was told the service manager was "in a meeting and it was going to be awhile." I spoke with the cashier after waiting about 15 minutes. She went back and talked to someone and came back with a phone number for Brian E*******. I called the number immediately, but it turned out to be the general number for the Nissan dealership. I asked to speak with Bryan and my call was sent to his voicemail. I left a message with my name and phone number requesting he call me so we can resolve the issue. I have not yet received a call back. I only have the last page of the invoice because the cashier kept the rest. I am attaching that here.

    I bought a 2022 Nissan Frontier brand new in November 21. On my way home, I noticed my truck was running rough and my forward collision lights kept coming on and off and I had issues with other features, auto headlights, cruise control. I reached out to the dealership and they told me it was normal for it to come on, that didn't make since. So I finally brought it into them for it running rough and they said there's a issue with the intake manifold, so they replaced it and I still brought up the ******** lights and they said it's normal. Then at 342 miles it happened again "Intake". Took it back and they fixed it and reprogrammed the **** and I brought up the collision light, same response. I finally was able to get my truck smoged in May of 22. I pretty much bugged them every week about the collision lights coming on and off and it got to the point where they told me that they are refusing to look at it or even hook it up to see what the issue was. Finally today a little over a year later 6k mi, I was able to take my truck in for other issue's like oil leak, trim peeling, windshield leaking, forward collision light and it has ran rough ever since they replaced intake, they only fixed 2-3 things. And the service writers where extremely rude like always, especially ***********************, I'm so glad I video recorded the whole experience. Crazy how they can treat people like this, and still have jobs. On my way home I noticed I had lane assist all of a sudden. Never had it before. So apparently I've been driving this thing around for a little over a year with no forward collision, cruise control, lane assist, blind spot, basically any safety or detection sensors, because this dealership didn't feel like doing there job. I think the reflection of the employees come from there bosses. It just seems like everyone is the same, unhappy and rude, no appreciation. So it must start somewhere. Every time I've dealt with this dealership, it's always been disappointing. And unsafe.
