Buyer BEWARE this company is a Ponzi Scheme. Upgraded to a Director Lifetime membership which included a 12- gauge tac shotgun. Never received the gun and they continue sending requests for more money. We have begun the charge back process with our bank.

Front Sight promised to admit me to a course as long as I registered at least 2 weeks in advance. Front Sight did reserve a spot for me in a course and then a little later on they canceled my promised course. When I complained about their breech of agreement ... Front Sight canceled my Lifetime membership and erased my several million credits etc.

I purchased a "commander" level membership which offered lifetime membership for all classes, and was given several certificates for friends etc. To attend classes. I attended a class (which was actually a good experience), but was then informed with no warning that in order to keep my membership I would then need to pay a $500 a year fee. All of my money invested in training certificates for different classes, were then changed to certificates for just a single class. And I was given no warning on these changes.

I purchased a lifetime membership in October 2021. It came with the promise of a tactical shotgun to counter the expense. I sent in my money for shipping of the gun but it never came. In January the owner of Front Site presented a whole new plan of how they were going to run the business. It was totally different than what they had previously presented or what I purchased. I canceled my membership by having my credit card reversed.

When I bought my Diamond membership, and Diamond memberships for my children, we were told we could take classes as often as we wanted going forward without costs, except for annual background checks.
Now the truth comes out! To keep our memberships that we all ready paid for, we now have to pay $50.00 per month, or some amount per day. So it sure looks like it is a scam!
I'd sure like all of my money back.
It is a scam, in my opinion. I will not trust anything they say to me now. They can change it as they please. There is no agreement as they can change the "agreement " as they please.

I joined with a membership from a friend and this place WAS amazing! Great trainers and cool facility. I even upgrade my membership last year to a President level private training membership for $1,995. These are LIFETIME MEMBERSHIPS. Then, recently the owner out of the blue changed my membership to require all kinds of payments and a monthly maintenance payment like it's a timeshare! Then changed it back minus a bunch of items that were in my account and because so refuse to accept his change of membership to a "Gold Membership" I'm called an "enemy of Frontsight" in his emails. This is INSANE! DO NOT spend any more money here or trust your membership will be around tomorrow.... This guy the "Doctor" has no regard for laws or respect for his members. Truly disappointed in how this went.

I joined Front Sight in 2021 after hearing a lot of good things about the training. Almost immediately I began receiving daily emails and occasional pre-recorded phone calls asking me to pay additional money to help fight the fight to defeat the enemies of Front Sight. It seems Front Sight and Dr. ****** are involved in several lawsuits. The emails are very long and ramble on about defeating the enemies of Front Sight. Dr. ****** then decided to change everyone's contracts without their prior knowledge or consent. Several Facebook pages were started by members who wanted their contracts honored and restored. There was talk of filing criminal fraud charges and civil lawsuits. Several members in the Facebook groups have had their memberships cancelled for speaking out against the changes Front Sight and Dr. ****** made. Front Sight might have been a great facility, however what I have seen and witnessed in the last few months has me regretting becoming involved with them.

I have had some excellent training at Front Sight, however, as of Jan 2022 they have "restructured" and are no longer honoring any of the past programs and membership levels that members have paid into unless we now pay a fee of $50 per month, $75 daily use fees and various other fees that pertain to the classes and membership levels a member may be involved in. Once you become a member you are bombarded with emails on a regular basis asking for more money. These emails come multiple times each day, day after day, week after week after week. I am now a former member at the Knight level, (one of the highest membership levels), and every program and membership benefit that I was promised in the past has been eliminated and/or changed unless I now pay all of these newly announced fees. Front Sight has now changed the rules and its obligations to its current members and is no longer honoring anything the members have bought into. It appears to me that Front Sight is no more than a Ponzi scheme. If Front Sight is no longer honoring what they promised in the past, what makes me think they will honor anything they say now and in the future?
