      I feel the business lied to me to solicit money. I am a member, and was solicited that the needed more funds to complete the resort in 2016. I purchased additional membership that they told me I could sell or convert to time in the condos. I did this and now in 2022 they are being forclosed on and filing chapter 11. I requested that they send my money back and was told that since i was a member i have used the facility and they would not refund my money. The money I sent them was used exclusively for puchasing condo time. I just want the money I sent them for the use of the condos. I feel they have not fulfilled their contract with me. They have been sitting on the money I sent them for 6 yrs. now.

      My lifetime membership (including upgrades, credits, and additional memberships) were canceled by the principal of this business... for no valid reason other than Mr. P******* vanity. He has canceled many other member's lifetime memberships as he is currently fighting two different lawsuits with third-parties that he borrowed money from.

      They promise valuable items if you upgrade but then they deliver nothing and keep your money. They extort ransom fees then when paid say sorry you did not have to pay but they keep your money.

If it is a bonus gun, which was a free gift that Front Sight provides members who upgrade their memberships in certain offers, we're currently waiting on more guns to arrive that we can ship out. There are no ransom fees associated with Front Sight. Front Sight has two paths in which members can take. One path being no daily fees for taking training courses and another path has these fees because of the benefits that come with this offer. This offer is for our Gold Status members who essentially are given Front Sight bucks in which they can purchase their ammunition, pro shop accessories and armory and lunch items for free by using these Front Sight bucks (Other than sales tax). Each member has the right and choice to make a decision on if they want to sign up for the path with daily fees. If they choose not to sign up for this offer, they do not have to pay any fees. Then was told "sorry, pistols are too hard to get but thanks for the money. No refund available. No refund though. Now everyday I receive emails begging for more money to pay for bad investments made by owner. This place is a scam.

      Front Sight promised me a "free tactical pump shotgun" to be sent to me once I'd signed up for a $250 "Patriot Family Membership" and then paid an extra $50 for shipping and handling expenses to a FFL-designated recipient business near me. I then submitted the total $300 check with my completed FFL recipient form back in August 08, 2021, (Over 8 MONTHS ago!) and have been given NO updates, order status communications, or explanations from Front Sight after I'd made several attempts by telephone (they accept no email inquiries) to talk to an actual human being about my order. They cashed the checks and took my money 8 months ago, and yet I still have no idea why I've not received my "free" shotgun after so much time, or if, in fact, I ever will. Until I receive the satisfaction for which I've already paid and to which I've long been entitled I will continue to warn my once-interested relatives and friends to AVOID doing any business with Front Sight on any level. That place, as far as I'm concerned, is a complete FRAUD from the "Doctor" founder on down. JW*********

The offer Mr. L***** purchased was for a Patriot lifetime membership where he can take free training courses. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, manufacturers are still behind in their productions of firearms. Mr. L***** is more than welcome to periodically call and speak to our Concierge Department about further updates on his bonus gun. They have made it extremely difficult to communicate with ANYONE there at Front Sight, having only one unmonitored telephone line and no public email communications portal, period. I would be more than glad to accept my $300 back for my original "Patriot Family Membership and Bonus Shotgun" investment, since I have not taken any "free" classes with them on that "membership" , and now I never will. Unfortunately, that company founded and managed by a quack chiropractor refuses to even consider that, and so therefore they will suffer the brunt of my extreme disappointment and what I promise will be a VERY effective Word Of Mouth Advertising campaign against them. "Front Sight" is a complete FRAUD as far as we true military combat experienced veterans are concerned, and I believe even their embarrassed instructors know a Snake Oil Salesman when they see one.       I have a lifetime membership with Front Sight at the Diamond level. I had problems signing into my account on Saturday March 12, 2022. I called the Front Sight Office and was told by the representative that my account had been closed, and I have been banned, I am no longer a member. I asked why, and I was told they had no further information. I was then told to seek my training elsewhere. My membership number is *******, any U have been a member since 2014 at the Diamond level. In December Front Sight unilaterally upgraded me to a Founder Member, but I did not authorize or acknowledge this change l, changes to my original membership agreement. I have never received a communication from Front Sight explaining why I was banned. Though I average 2 emails a day from Front Sight. My lifetime membership does not have any provision to ban me without sufficient cause. I would like this remedied by having Front Sight reactivate my lifetime and restore my account with all earned credits.

The previous response didn't seem to go through, so I am resubmitting it: I do not accept the response of the business. In the response submitted by Front Sight they state "Due to the language Mr. Conway used towards Front Sight..." once again this is vague and unfounded. There is no provision in my lifetime membership for this type of termination. They further state "He was sent a letter in the mail with a check for $50 explaining the reason he was banned." The reason given in the letter was stated as my "...tone and content...", NOT MY LANGUAGE. As stated in the complaint and in the additional information provided, I have not had any direct communications with Front Sight, other than the inquiry as to why I could not access my account, since 2020. That phone call was polite, and I welcome them to provide and recording to the BBB for verification. I voided the check for $50.00 and sent them a letter and the voided check stating that the termination was unacceptable. I provided this letter to the BBB on April 4, 2022. That communication was sent by certified letter. They failed to acknowledge that communication in their response. Their response also stated "He has not spent any additional money at Front Sight." I am not sure what they are specifically referencing here, but I have spent more than that in attending courses and purchasing ammunition and products. Most importantly, I bought my LIFETIME membership as an investment, which they have stated is worth $60,000 . There is no provision in my membership to refund money spent and allow the cancellation of my membership. Regardless of what I have spent, my membership was consistent with THEIR terms of the Diamond Lifetime Membership. Under their terms, I could not cancel my membership and seek a refund, however, they are claiming they can unilaterally cancel my membership and issue me a "...good faith.." payment. I would like to resolve this amicably by simply having my Diamond Lifetime Membership restored to it's original terms and conditions and continue to utilize the training opportunities promised me. I would also like them to guarantee that I will no longer be targeted for termination outside of the terms of their agreement. I have NO Problem with the trainers, training staff, or the facility and I value the training provided. I do take exception to the Administration and Leadership of the organization fabricating a way to terminate my LIFETIME membership outside of the agreed upon terms of my Diamond Lifetime Membership.

      I purchased a "Diamond" lifetime membership from another member/agent of Front Sight for $2000 in 2012. However, the value of the membership, per Front Sight at the time, was over $75,000. In November, 2021, Front Sight upgraded my membership to a "founder" lifetime membership, with a stated value of $100,000. In January, 2022, Front Sight advised that all memberships would be dissolved as of 02/28/2022. Members had the option to purchase a new "Gold Star" membership ($500 per year and $75 per day for training), or walk away with nothing. I objected and notified Front Sight via email, on 01/25/2022, that I would not accept any unilateral changes to my membership and to restore it as it was, immediately. I rec'd a letter from Front Sight dated 02/07/2022 with a check in the amount of $451.00. In that letter I was advised that my membership was closed and to seek training elsewhere. At this time, I am seeking a full restoration of my membership as it was prior to November, 2021. Otherwise, Front Sight owes me an additional $101, 549.00 for the value of my membership.

Front Sight gives members the opportunity to purchase additional memberships that they can transfer or sell to anyone they wish. He did not pay Front Sight directly for his initial membership so we do not owe him for this membership. Gary received a check for "All money spent with Front Sight" which amounted to $451.00. He has already been advised of this. We will not refund him money he did not pay Front Sight, such as the requested additional $100,100.00 because of "Value". He again has been advised to seek training elsewhere and received a full refund.

      I have been a member of Front Sight foe a few years. Back in October 2020 I accepted an offer by Mr P***** to add over $10,000 Front Sight bucks to use for class expenses including membership transfers from my account to my friends and family for the sum of $297 which I paid him. This was a reward offer to me as I donated money to him in his legal problems which is why he refers to me as one of the fighting 5%. On 1/21/22 I received a E mail from Ignatius P***** of Front Sight (Founder and owner) that he was "restructuring" and without notice or permission he took all my $10.000+ Front Sight bucks from my account. He justified this by saying he was refunding my $297, without my permission, but not to me. He put it into my Front Sight bucks account--has to be used for front sight fees etc. He also started a $600/yr maintenance fee and raised transferring memberships cost to $1000 ( more than 10 times increase). I believe that's why he took all my Bucks which were enough to afford this. My account memberships are now worthless, and no one wants them if they have to pay $1000. In my opinion this amounts to false advertising and theft. I will not pay this high a maintenance. fee so he said he'll take everything in my account on 2/28/22, including my "$297 refund". I want a cash check to me for my refund, and he should pay me back for my original membership as well, instead of taking it for his own enrichment. There Are 10's of thousands of members in the same boat. The State of Nevada should look into this as it sounds pretty illegal. Doesn't a court have to sigh off on retructuarings where property is taken from thousands of people by the owner of a company? Thank you for your time. I was a happy Front Sight member until this happened.

Front Sight members have the option to not have any changes to their membership (No fee's, no additional charges, etc.). This members account will go back to exactly how it was before the restructure. Front Sight sent an E mail that they will put my account back the way it was and all previous procedures etc. will be as they were before the restructure. But they are not telling the truth, just review their E mail. My memberships in my account that I got from my previous purchases and can give or sell to family and friends are not under the original conditions of my purchase. He clearly states that any new members that I transfer my memberships too will pay all the new fees!! The only way I can be made whole is that the memberships I transfer to family and friends are under the same conditions as when I bought them. The new fees made my memberships very undesirable and expensive to use, thus making them worthless. If Front Sight refuses to make my entire account under the original rules I want a refund of my membership and additional purchase. They HAVE NOT SATISFIED MY REQUEST. This has happened to other members who made complaints to the BBB from what I'm reading on social media. Clearly this is a terrible company that I'm sorry I ever got involved with.       I purchased a Knight level membership at Front Sight Firearms Training Institute in Pahrump, NV on 1 October 2021 in the amount of $1,997.00. Founder and Director Ignatius P***** promised a "Front Sight Dry Practice Manual Set", an "In the Trenches" book by Brad A*****, a "Rick G**** and Front Sight's Constitutional Defender DVD Box Set", "Tim Larkin's books How to Survive the Most Critical 5 Seconds of Your Life", a Knights of Front Sight shield, sword, knife, pin, hat, and gun. Mr. P***** provided none of these to date. Mr. P***** cancelled and restructured these membership items arbitrarily and capriciously and converted monetary value to a 'coins and bucks' 'gift card system' of some sorts and to utilize these is attempting to extort another $500 annually in addition to maintenance and support fees.

While the 'restructuring' has been postponed - they cancelled all the materials promised to be provided. Not one of the more than a dozen items have been provided. i have called and emailed and sent demand for refund via certified US Postal Service mail. No reund nor promise to make good on the membership contract purchased has been made. no reply telephone call, no letter, no email regarding same has been made. i have received about 3 or 4 emails a day urging more ponzi scheme restructuring paths and the like. but no refund nor so much as a call back or email addressing same or letter.

      About a year ago I purchased a special offer of 10 lifetime memberships that came with some promotional items. The lifetime memberships could be transferred, there were no fees involved to transferred. I thought this would be a wonderful gift to my children and their spouses and we could make an annual family event of this, and attend one of the 4 day firearm courses together as a whole family. At Christmas this year, I started transferring the memberships to my 6 children, 3 of which have been transferred and waiting for my other 3 to create accounts so that I can transfer their memberships. However, today, January 22nd, the owner of the company, *************** sent out an email about the restructuring of his organization. The list is LONG! Included in the list, is that effective immediately, all membership transfers are now $1,000 each (that's right, it would now cost me $3,000 to honor my word to my children), and that in order to maintain these memberships, there is a membership maintenance fee of $50 per month starting immediately. With the 10 memberships that I had purchased, that is $500 per month!!! This company and its owner is obviously a scam artist and they do NOT honor what they sell. The email goes on to read that if we don't pay the monthly fees, we lose everything that we have already purchased effective immediately. I expect every a full reimbursement of every penny I have paid to this company, or for them to honor what they promised. And a warning to all others out there.....please do not sign up with this company. The owner moves the goal posts with zero warning! I logged into my account after reading the email, and the transfer fee is $1,000 - no warning whatsoever.

Front Sight has given the option to its members which will allow them to not have any changes to their accounts. Membership transfer fees are no longer $1000 and have returned back to the original $100 transfer fee. After I filed report, the company decided to backtrack on charging the $1,000 transfer fees and monthly membership fees, and today, I received a letter from the company with a check stating that my membership has been cancelled. I had purchased a total of 12 memberships, one of which was mine, 4 of which were already transferred (one of those who became a gold star member), the we were in the middle of transferring the remaining memberships in my account to my remaining children. We only got done transferring half of my children's memberships before the $1,000 per transfer fee notice came out with zero notice. So are the memberships that I transferred already also cancelled now, meaning only half my children got theirs? I originally purchased this so that we could have make an annual family trip together. I was not given the option to remain a member because of filing this dispute, this company just kicked me out now, half way through transferring my remaining kids' memberships?? We had zero warning about the $1,000 transfer fee that happened literally overnight, and because I complained about it, the company just terminated my membership, even though they changed their policy back to no transfer fees again, after I submitted the complaint, but now I don't have the option to use the membership with my family, as it was originally purchased for. How unfortunate that the owner chooses to do business this way. This was an unacceptable resolution. After the owner back tracked, he terminated my membership half way through transferring half of my family's memberships. Now my daughter-in-law has membership and my son doesn't, my daughter and her husband dont, but my other daughter and her husband do. The owner gave zero notice when changing the pricing of transfering the memberships to $1,000 per person, at which time, we were only half way through transferring my family's memberships. Now half my family doesn't have a membership because he has terminated my membership and the ones I was supposed to transfer. He could have given his existing members a weeks notice, or some kind of notice, but there was no notice given at all. I had filed a complaint before he backtracked, but by that time, because I filed a complaint, his letter to me said that he didn't want members like me. This complaint needs to stay on record so that other people are aware of how this "business man" operates his business. He moves the goal posts with no warning or options to his members, literally overnight. My daughter-in-law wont use this facility without my son attending, since we didn't have time to transfer my sons membership, and honestly the owners actions has left a bad taste in my whole family's mouths at this point - that is 10 memberships in total. He does not care about his members.
