            I had them come out to change one part on a water heater that they installed a few years prior which was still under warranty. The plumber sat around for hours waiting for them to bring him more parts that I did not agree to and still couldn't fix the problem but ended up charging me over $700 in labor without any invoice or receipt. They decided to put the charge on my card without notifying me of the cost or what was even done to warrant that cost which ended up being more than the cost of a brand new water heater. I called the office to ask where the invoice was and they said it would be sent first thing the following morning. I had to call the next day and ask again just for some girl to tell me it was "a process" and had to "go through several people" and even had the gall to hang up on me. This place is a scam and i will be disputing the charges to my card and looking forward to any legal action they might try to take.
