Gone to Dottys for years a few employees quote different policies for drinking 1) a few times one explained you must sit down before I give you a drink. Then never comes to give me one 2) another says you must put $20 to get a drink. 3) one says you can only have one drink every couple of hours. But if they know a person will give them one to get a tip. I feel discriminated against.Initial Complaint

I won at Dottys on their BINGO promotional game. I won the pattern AIRPLANE, for $200.00. On 01/20/2023. I was told to wait 24 hours in order for them to verify my game piece and to make sure there wasn't any tie between me and another person playing the game that almost might have won. After waiting 24 hours. I was told I had won the full amount of $200.00 and so I went to the dottys located at *****************************************. When I got there I was told that they experienced a power outage and that all computers were offline so they wouldnt be able to recieve the ticket that marketing was to send them in order to pay me out the $200 i won. So that being said the the bartender called marketing and was told that they would call her back and resend the ticket to that dottys so they could pay me out. Well no one has called and the ticket hasn't been resent to this location. I've been waiting now 72 hours passed the time I was supposed to be paid out. And keep being told that I will be contacted as soon as they receive the ticket to pay me out. No one has called me I still haven't been paid and it's now going on 4 days. I've made multiple calls and trips to this dottys just to find out any information or update on when I'll be paid and nothing yet. I just want my winnings! Everything has been verified and confirmed that I was the winner I just still haven't been paid to this day. I just want my money. This has been the worst customer service I've ever received from ********************** and I ****** there alot and never had any problems until this specific dottys location. ***************************************. Don't go here. The bartenders don't know what they are doing even though they claim to have worked there 11 years!!Initial Complaint

I stopped into H**35393035313437H # ** in ******* ** I'm a regular and at one time was a very large sum player anyways I wanted to buy cigarettes hd only $100 bills so I know the drill it the bill in the machine cash out and bring it up to the counter no big deal well I put the bill in the validator it went in nothing happened no credit so I told the proprietor that the validator had eaten my. C Note she opened the machine it was not in the stacker or the validator they checked previous bills that were put in no sign of my 100 bucks they told me they will not reimburse me look at your camera s it will clearly show I put the bill in don't tell me you can't. You have done it many times with other complaints you have the time in the report around **** am machine took the money it did not come out of the validator and the clerk said she had an issue with that same machine and another customers$100 bill I do not appreciate being made like I'm a chiseler or scammer I had nothing but $ 100 bills with me. They know I was a big player at one time I'm an honest person do not lie cheat or steal as a matter of fact I still wear my eagle scout pin. On a necklace since I was 12 years old if I have to site a case wear management used video surveillance recall it was *********************** who took a ticket laying on the counter you reviewed the footage banned her for life my next step will be to file a theft charge with *** county sheriff and the H32303238**3437383639H gaming commission I'm emailing filing this complaint on behalf of my self I have no animosity toward the clerks they are all nice and using guidelines but the cameras will clearly show. I did put the funds in I would like my money back. Plus an apology I love ******'s and the machines I know glitches like this do happen I've seen bills go through the validator and miss the stacker and are wedged up somewhere in the units chassisInitial Complaint

Pay for my time. I spent over an hour with my partner waiting to be paid back out money that was eaten up by a machine that no cashier or supervisor could fix or resolve and we were met with hostility and poor customer service. We have spent a decent amount of money in this establishment and have enjoyed ourselves until this day and I am utterly disgusted with the customer service we have received. I am a server myself and this type of treatment is simply unacceptable and I would be mortified if my employees treated customers in this fashion.Initial Complaint

I've been gambling with Dotty's here in ******* for 10yrs now and never had a problem. I got along with all bartenders (I thought). Well, few months back I found out a bartender was telling my family when I won, if I was playing that day and other law-breaking h.i.p.p.a information. I've told the manager a few times about this but not once has anything been done. On Sunday I told the manager again that she is telling my information out, manager said she would take care of it (yeah heard that before) and that i need to stop telling lies about the bartenders and that I'm just wanting her fired because i don't like her. Actually in all reality I worked with this person before that how I know her and no it's not a like or dislike thing it's a her telling personal business out. Well anyway I went in to buy smokes all for one of the bartenders who I've known this whole time plus some. To tell me that she can't sale me cigarettes and that I need to leave because I am 86'd. i dont blame her cause she just doing what she is told. Now this happened on Monday here we are on Saturday no calls from manager (who also I have known this whole time and I left my number) no call back from corporate either. I have called every day this week and left a message every day. I will continue to call everyday till I get a call back. I want to know why and where is the paper work?Initial Complaint

I went into the ***** on Sunday and was turned away from buying a can of diet coke because an employee named **** thought that this 57 year old retired rear admiral did not match his photo id on his drivers license. I called to complain to this company and left a message on Monday and the company refused to call me back or deal with this rude employee. I would never pass a fake ID to any one and how dare any employee of Dottys accuse me of such a crime. Shame on youInitial Complaint

I was at Dottys this previous Sunday October 9th late into the early am at establishment #**. My phone was stolen by the 2 people sitting next to me. I tried to go after therm in parking lot after I realized my cell was gone and so were they and when I ran outside to stop them they seemed guilty trying to punk me. My phone was off whoever took it did so because I tried calling it immediately but I held back because they were certainly sketchy and I was alone and scared that would want to kick my you no what. bartender/cashier man on duty that night was not even a little helpful in fact he was sitting down reading the newspaper most the time. Not helpful whatsoever. I have an I iPhone XR with a pop socket on its case in back attached to my case covering. Anyways Id appreciate if you can go through your video footage and get facial recognition on the two and the random other person that played for a min before I told him I wasnt done. it also could of been when I got up for a min and when I did I made it clear I was still sitting there no one to take my seat and the people next to me also knew this meanwhile they didnt stop this random guy/girl from going to use it I approached the person telling him Im still playing but he his demeanor wasnt very nice he was a smart a** and so it also could of been him. But it definitely happened by either of those people I have mentioned. They had dark short hair one of them was standing next to me on my left and talking to his/her friend who was on my left. In that Dottys I was sitting as u walk in doors I was to the left facing the whole place I was on 3 rd machine from left ifacing north. Im pretty sure. u were playing it. I think the people or person who took phone was mad or jealous because I was texting while playing and hitting 4 ok a kinds all the while there. machines on that side My name is ************************* The cell ph# associated to my cell is ************. Now I have to report it stolen to police+provider
