      I've been a Dotty's customer for over 20 years. For some reason I didn't get my free play red tickets for June or July 2025. I called and was promised a call from mgmt which I have not received because of some technical phone difficulty. I would like to continue receiving the free play tickets.

      Don't apply for this place the store manager Christine wants everyone to kiss her butt and when you don't christine will do whatever she can to get you to quit or she firers you if she can't make you quit horrible place they have ants and HR won't do anything knowing she is doing it

      Dec 19,2024, I went to Dotty's Casino at, 8625 W Cougar Las Vegas,
      Chris, bartender approached me and said “ the seat was reserved” I said ok.
      A lady sitting then talked to me and said she was almost finished . Chris approached her and said that her machine was also reserved. I then said I never knew that machines can be reserved
      I left and felt humiliated. I then decided to report him for what happened
      Don, manager called and left a message on my cell saying this "THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS RESERVED SEATS". I saved the message .Overall, this showed that Chris lied and made his own rules
      Another incident at Dotty’s same location that happened 4/20/2025,
      As soon as I walked in, Chris was there. He said right away that I can't play..
      and I said" Who said I'm going to play? I'm here only to buy cigarettes.
      Chris then said I'm banned to that location. He threatened me to leave or " ILL BE BANNED on all locations..
      I raised my voice since he was harassing me again for the second. time and told him I'm going to report him again.
      Don, mgr called back and saud that Chris had a witness
      Chris said to Don that I was yelling, that when I opened my purse that pills scattered all over the counter and the floor which was a lie
      Don said too this "HE SAID ... SHE SAID as if he did not want to believe what I reported to him.He did not even check the video. That video will show the proof that Chris and witness were not telling the truth same scenario on Dec 19, 2024
      I called the Corporate and spoke with Lori, mgr and she said that report stated that I was yelling and using fowl language and Chris was just doing his job which were'nt true, the reason why I'm banned to all locations ..
      I told her that all I said was this
      "I AM GOING TO REPORT YOU AGAIN" l
      Conversation was cut off so I called back again..
      The video will speak the truth
      I was harassed, threatened, lied to, humiliated and discriminated by Dotty's Casino, Chris, Bartender/Employee

      Played Dotty's state wide,Decades & 100's of 1000's YES their payout have changed. I'm known for weeks of "pushless"(keno) just last wk.2 days mulli machines& 2diff store's $540. w/o 1 -3 outta 6! Yes there MUCH Tighter than say earier 2000's 2006-2007 Prof loss around 400k fast fwd. Whats worse, God help you If you have a problem, Years of Never getting problems resolved, CORPORATE is the Problem, Countless managers that knew me doing everything they could do from phone calls to inner company Correspondence ie; fax's we couldn't get corporate to investigate the odsurd prof.-loss issues, yes someone Actually answers their 1-800..sucks to be you number.Pre Covid I'd hit a few 3-5-15k JP's however their card readers were,as most often not reading or grossly inaccurate & then to add fuel to this problem fire they were down for upgrades for WKS Post covid, Any Reputable Casino Would have taken my average Play, And added that To my win/loss Not Dottys ALL Win no loss of course that hammered me on taxes fast forward to last year yes jackpots were listed but zero coin in of course I thought this was an error had them redo it this second win loss, the same!
      Yes according to Dotty's(coin in) Zero, showing I didn't play all year yet the Jackpots are listed..you tell me how thats even possible! In this modern world, The Customer sould have access to their current win loss, thus identifying current errors rather than waiting a year or liike in mg case NEVER GETTING ANYTHING DONE . Futher more these managers know the regulars, local managers have the ability, Dottys needs to grant their power to rectify issues the local store level.

      Worker Zack was discriminating against me and violating ADA laws. He tried to force me to remove my medical sunglasses which prevent sunlight and artificial light from causing me to have a medical episodes. He said your in the shade and mocked me. As I tried to explain I cannot take them off, he said you have to. This upset me and I told him he didn't need to be an ******* to me. He mocked me as he went around the counter. I gave him my ID and he took a picture of it and said he was 86 me. I told him he cannot violate ADA laws and I left. He had a customer come out after I left to take a picture of my license plate

      Free games on dottys U1 machines Huh? on some of their games you can receive up to 8 free games some you can get more or less? I've noticed this company's algorithm in their U1 machines in the past year, most times now you can't even get the bet amount back that you entered to trigger those free games, why!! because their free games before? was proper bonuses that you were able to win a little something$ now they managed to use the technique that? free games you trigger should be just regular spins as if you never got the free games at all, A lot of shady deals coming out of this establishment and ownership and honestly the gaming commission for this state gets their share and close their eyes like dottys don't exist, kinda frustrating when the amount you play such as $3.20 triggering 8 free games and you either wind up with 0 or to make things worst 0.40 cents 8 games folks never was like that with dottys? and then that word that people like to use? that's gambling well it maybe but not when you changed things around knowing that your overtaking the allowed percentage set by again the gaming commission of Nevada who should also be investigated by the district of Columbia, to many backward deals going on in this state,

      Business at Dottys is horrible. Bed bug infestation. The staff continue to serve drinks to those who are visibly drunk. They don't cut you off by Nevada laws. Bartenders are rude and the drawings are rigged. Dottys on Craig rd and Las Vegas blvd should be shut down.

      U know,?time is tiop right now when u win at Dottys playing and give the bartender $200 they act like that’s not good enough u need to evaluate the way I think done orioke don’t even give **** so yeah be grateful when someone does!!!! And when I ask for a shot is not cool making comments like as long as I playing cu get a shot really !! After spending $3000 or more msjecthst make sense Tropicana close to 215 Marietta her Ndni.. it seems like she cater only her friend not the customer keeping to give them biz I am done with that place sandhill flamingo is one if them ..2 dottys in my black list ..
