              I am filing a complaint on behalf of the company due to the lack of customer service and also not providing the purchased items. On 12/26/23 three items were purchased from this website. I had only received the stand and the Berkey filter. This was a gift from my mother. She had made multiple call attempts with no resolution. I had contacted them on 2/2/24 with no response yet. I love my berkey, but all I want is the $23 spout which was never sent within the packaging. When someone spends close to $500, its hard to believe a company cant follow through on a $20 part which was a mess up on their end. Shameful.

              I've called USA Berkey a few times over the last few months trying to get replacement filters. They have been out of stock for over 8 months. They emailed today and said they're in but they want $214 for them. My entire system was $300 and the last replacements I bought were $134. I think it's really a terrible business model to not have them available and then jack the price on customers with no warning. terrible business model. I've called a few times over the last 2 months and spoken to Kiara, who always promises that a manager will call back and never does. So disappointing. Shame on Goop and all these companies that promote these systems that take advantage of their customers in this way. Very disappointing.
