    I have been trying to close this account since December of 2020. *** made several attempts. I have been charged double charges of $19.99 a month since 2021. Ive blocked this company from my bank and credit card company. Ive been alerted by my credit card company of fraudulent attempts made multiple times now for December 2022 of $34.99. Being charged over $300 for 1 letter sent. I want this account to be closed and refunded to my credit card.

    They are taking money out of my account without my authorization. I can't get ahold of anyone to get to my money back I never signed up for anything. I want my money back!

    This company just applied a charge for ***** today which I did not authorize. I used their service more than 2 years ago and made numerous attempts to cancel my account 2 years ago. Suddenly out of nowhere, they are trying to charge me again. They never respond or follow through with email requests for a refund or cancelation. Something needs to be done to stop this malicious business from continuing to attempt unauthorized recurring charges.

    Piegeonly has been charging our account multiple times per month since September 2022. We cancelled the service in October and authorized a one time service payment in December but have had almost 10 to 13 charges come from our bank account in December 2022 (ranging from $19.99 to $34.99) with an additional charge pending. There were 3 charges in September for $19.99. There were 5 charges in October for $19.99 each. There were 2 charges in November for $1.00 and then $34.99. This has totaled in over 20 charges since September 2022. This is supposed to be a monthly charge of $20 (if authorized by the consumer).We have contacted USAA who is working on reimbursing us but it is extremely concerning nothing was noticed on Pigeonly's end. USAA will be marking Pigeonly as a potential fraud charge for all transactions for all USAA accounts due to this future forward.

    I subscribed to pigeonly corrections mail service for the FREE version consisting of 1 postcard a month and was charged *****. I emailed them for a refund. And have not received one. It seems like this is a habitual problem for them and something needs to be done.

    My name is ********************* and I have a brother incarcerated in ****. His name is *********************** #*******. I gave Pigeonly $5.95 using my Discover card 6 months ago. I never sent photos or attempted phoning my brother. I just received my Dicover card billing and see that on November 29 Pigeonly charged my card $34.99 and on December 1st pigeonly charged by Discover card another $34.99. Subsequently Pigeonly again charged my Discover card $34.99 on December 10th for $34.99 and on December 14th another $34.99. That totals ****** dollars in 16 days. What am I paying for. I only sent one letter to my brother during this period.

    This company continues to withdraw money from my account. I joined a 1 time fee $19.99 and they have been billing me $34.99 over and over again. I can't get through calling the customer support number. I have canceled my account with them online and still have been getting billed.

    I have been having this company taking money out of my bank account without my permission several times!!1 month. They did it twice to me, the most recent fraud charge just occurred back on the 16th of December.All of these transactions are for ***** It does not matter if I go and get a new debit card and shut the one I have down. They somehow find my card number and continue to take money out of my account without my permission!!I have never authorized this company to take any money out of my account!I want this to stop immediately and if there is an account linked to my name I want it completely closed as I gave no one permission to open an account in my name and I did not give this company any permission to be taking funds out of my bank account for months!!PIGEONLY STOP STEALING MY MONEY!!!!!!!

    I signed up for a free program and my card is being charged $34.99 every couple of days. 12/20, 12/22, 12/23 and 12/26 I had a charge placed on my card. Three of those days it was $34.99 and one day $1.00. I locked my card yesterday and once again, there was an attempt to take $34.99 today, 12/27. Fortunately it was denied due to the card being locked. I want my money back and that account closed! I will now need to cancel the card due to the above .
