I originally set up an account with Pigeonly in September. The account was for $19.99 per month. It is now January, so only 5 months, but I have been charged 13 times. It is currently January 7th, and I have been charged 3 times since the new year. I have emailed them, and the response was that they needed my credit card information. Sorry, but, my card has been getting charged when it shouldn't be, so not sure why I should give my card information again. I will be closing my account, but I want to be reimbursed for the 8 additional charges of $19.99, plus an additional $30 because this last charge caused my account to overdraft.Business Response

I signed up for a free trial for a subscription to Pigeonly Corrections on 12-2-22. The free trial period was from 12-2-22 through 12-5-22. On 12-8-22 my debt card was charged $*****. I believed to be the monthly charge for the subscription. My account was charged on the following days each for $*****. 12-15-22 12-16-22 12-20-22 12-22-22 12-23-22 12-28-22 A second charge of ***** on 12-28-22 12-31-22 1-4-23 A second charge of ***** on 1-4-23 1-6-23 I am shocked and saddened this has happened. All I wanted to do was send my son pictures and a Christmas card in prison. I signed up for a monthly subscription to Pigeonly Corrections for the amount of $***** a month. The only invoice number I received is Invoice #******. This was on the first email I received from Pigeonly, confirming my free trial. It also stated at the end of the trial, my account would be charged a monthly subscription fee of $*****. Pigeonly Corrections charged my account a total of $239.88 from 12-8-22 until 1-6-22. My account should have only been charged $39.88. Pigeonly Correction has not made any attempt to rectify this with me. I need my money credited to my account as soon as possible. Pigeonly is trying to charge my card for ***** something I did not sign up for. The subscription I have says its free so why are they trying to charge me ***** this is their second attempt. I cancelled the subscription but from the complaints Ive read that dont seem to work. Its ashame this is how we are suppose to have contact with an inmate and is getting scammed. I am rejecting this response because:This response is your AUTO REPLY response to EVERY complaint filed against your company, I've noticed. I had an initial email response which was confirmed by your company that my refund was accepted on January 6th. You are required to refund within 14 business days which is now, long past.
Your company has caused my account to mess up on me THREE times because of your STUPID lack of customer service you offer. We can hear the kid in the background of your prerecorded phone menu, BTW.
And now your wanting to SEND ME A CHECK IN THE MAIL WHEN YOU OBVIOUSLY HAVE ZERO ISSUES USING CREDIT CARDS TO TAKE OUR MONEY. GIVE IT BACK THE SAME WAY YOU TOOK MY MONEY FROM ME please. The card you uave on file i haven't been able.to remove from my account for so.e reason. Oh.....I've called and called & even using the international direct Vegas line trying to get through to speak with someone, and yet no avail. I've asked for the CALL BACK OPTION ACCORDING TO MY PLACE IN LINE, I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT IS CUZ WERE NEVER TOLD WHAT CALLER # WE'RE ASSIGNED.
