    I had signed up for a free subscription to Pigeonly a little over a year ago I believe. A few months ago I started getting random charges from them so I cancelled my subscription since then I have been charged repeatedly sometimes for $19.99 and other times for $34.99. I have repeatedly contacted the company to resolve this issue and nothing is being done. Today I was charged two times for $34.99 each time. When I E-mail customer service it takes days for them to respond and all they ever ask is for screen shots of my bank account to show charges. I send screenshots and then hear nothing back from them. I just want my money back and for them to leave me alone. I am attaching 2 of the screenshots that I have from 01/07/2023 and today 01/09/2023. The charges beginning with PGN are Pigeonly. Please help.

    I have payed ***** to pgn web twice every mount for al least the last two mounths and I did not sign up for the service. I would like a refund of my money.

    I registered for a Pigeonly account on 12/30/2022 for a cost of $34.99 every 3 months via my credit card. They charged the card $34.99 on 1/2/2023, again TWICE on 1/3/2023, again on 1/4/2023 and again on 1/9/2023 for a total of 5 charges totalling $174.95. The customer service phone number never gets answered - the greeting says I have called outside business hours when I am calling inside those hours (I've called many times). I emailed customer service on 1/3/23 and received a reply 1/5/23 asking me for my full name and last 4 digits (which they already have). I answered that on 1/5/23. I have not received a reply or a refund. I've emailed multiple times since and got no reply. I want a refund and I want to cancel my account and have my credit card deleted from their system immediately!

    On January 8,2023 out of no where I havent been in contact with this buisness I have no other transactions from this buisness I did not ok them to take ***** out of my pay pal account it was not authorized Im definitely wanting to get my money back they money they took needs to be replaced.

    I have been receiving $34.99 charges monthly from here, called my bank and got a new debit card and have still been being charged. Emailed the company to have it figured out and ended up being ignored for 2 months.

    They took ***** off my card 3 times with out my nollage , I never gave permission to use my card nor did I ever give them my card info....I'm disabled and on a fixed income I need my money back asap please

    I signed up for a free Pigeonly account and Im being charged $34.99 every two weeks. I put in my credit card because I thought I wanted the paid service, but changed my mind when I saw how expensive it was. I am attempting to cancel my free subscription but it takes 30 days to cancel. I cant take my credit card information. *** sent emails complaining about the fraudulent charges and that my account is clearly labeled as a free account.
