Every month brings another disappointment with Tafer Resorts, and our attempts to contact them have been met with complete disregard and silence. This lack of responsiveness is frustrating and indicative of a company that fails to prioritize customer satisfaction. We agreed to purchase the timeshare while on vacation in *******************, with the understanding that the deal would only be available while we were there. The sales tactics by Tafer Resorts were aggressive and misleading, leaving us feeling coerced into making a decision without fully comprehending the long-term implications. We regretted our decision upon returning home and attempted to cancel the agreement within the allowed timeframe. Despite our efforts, Tafer Resorts ultimately denied the ability to cancel, though we requested inside the rescission period. This refusal to honor our request further solidified our belief that the company's practices lack ethical standards and consumer rights. We have made multiple attempts to use the *************** to face logistical difficulties and a consistent lack of availability. Even when we tried to book reservations well in advance, we were informed there was no availability for the desired dates. Our attempts to exchange our timeshare for alternative accommodations came with fees and unreasonable restrictions, rendering the option completely unfeasible. It is unfair and unreasonable to expect us to continue making payments for a timeshare that we can't use. We have attempted to work with Tafer to find a solution, only to discover that their policies and procedures are not designed to accommodate our legitimate needs and concerns as customers. Tafer has violated ethical standards and contractual obligations by aggressive sales tactics, misleading information, and an unwillingness to address our valid concerns. We should not be held responsible for the financial burdens with a timeshare that fails to deliver on its promises and is unusable.
