    Hello,
We never received a single lesson because the scheduler cancelled multiple times. The scheduling contact reported that they were unable to locate a teacher. The company stopped replying to my texts and calls after 3 weeks of cancelled lessons. It's been a disappointing experience, but it got MUCH worse. I was then charged $405 by the company for lessons we've never received. Considering how many similar complaints have been filed for similar situations, it seems that the company should change their process.

I have been trying to contact this company since January of this year to cancel my subscription. Their email link DOES NOT work and my calls are never answered. The few times they have, my information was collected and then I heard absolutely nothing back. I'm even with online customer service right now and they have just disappeared entirely. I have been trying to cancel since January of this year and am now out at least $200. It may not sound like a lot, but as a struggling college student living from paycheck to paycheck, this has just cause an amazing amount of stress. If I'm told that I "didn't reach out in time," I would like it to be noted that I've been trying for eight months to cancel a service I could not afford. This entire experience has been highly unprofessional and seeing as similar things have happened for years, I hope something is actually done to correct this business' poor practices.

The only time that the client got to talk someone from billing was around this month and was advised that refunds will be and has been provided for the 5 payments that he/she was charged. The refund will take around at least 5-7 business days to be posted back to the account. This client subscribed to our course online through the website and provided his/her CC info knowing that the free trial is only good for 7 days. The subscription was made last year and the client just called in recently and was already told that the refund has been processed.
