    I originally started with Codfinity as a way to learn coding at an affordable price. However, after sometime on the platform I realized it didn’t work for me and I attempted to cancel my subscription many times with no success. They have now charged my account again, for $99 this time. I was given no warning or heads up that this charge would be made. I have attempted to contact them, but there is no phone number. Only a generic email to the corporate headquarters. This is a shameful business practice and after such a difficult time trying to separate myself (and finances) from the company, I would strongly suggest people start clear of such a shady company. As of today, I am still waiting for a response from this company to rectify this situation and make it right!

Kindly note that we got back to your initial query within 24 hours of receiving it; after each request is received, we informed customers that it may take up to 48 hours to hear back from us. Users can also reach out to us via the feedback form on the platform if they face any issues, which is reviewed daily as well. We've thoroughly checked our records, and unfortunately, we don't see any cancelation attempts, successful or unsuccessful, associated with your account from before Sep 24, 2024 (after the renewal), when the subscription was canceled from your end on the first try. As we intend to make cancelation easy for our customers, the link to the page where the subscription can be canceled is provided right after the purchase together with the renewal terms in the email titled 'Subscription': 'You will be automatically charged 99 USD every 3-month starting on 24 Sep 2024. To learn more or cancel, visit Billing Info.' We also offer a step-by-step cancelation guide in our Help Center article How Do I Cancel My Subscription? We're eager to help our customers, so if there is anything preventing them from canceling on their end they can always reach out to us, and we will assist ASAP. Codefinity is a subscription-based platform, and all the subscriptions get renewed automatically unless canceled. We value the transparency and trust of our customers, and disclose all the information regarding the subscription renewals on the plan selection page before the purchase, in the payment confirmation email, and in the accepted T&C and Subscription Terms, ensuring that the terms are clear for anyone who wants to join our community of learners. As the positive experience of our customers is our top priority, we refunded the subscription renewal in good faith. The amount will be credited back to your account within 5-7 business days.
