    their products are well built and do exceed the description, however I had an issue on a lithium battery charger. it took about a month to get it all processed and finished but it was my fault due to the fact that I wasn't checking my emails and they needed more information but they had no problems standing behind and on their products and I look forward to doing more business thank you d4s you guys are doing wonderful just please consider given that the inflation of products and short of jobs maybe a better discount on repetitive customers. besides that products customer service are on point.

    Customer service? Is none. Get no help or no answer after you spend couple hundred dollars. Absolutely horrible.

    Horrible service. They tried to scam me, ended up waiting a month for my order, never got it, had to contact them multiple times a day for about a week but no one ever gets back with you. Finally had enough and got my attorney involved and they finally decide to respond and give me a refund. Very unprofessional, business is a joke. 0 out of 10. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

    This company sells amplifiers that they know have known issues, but continues to sell them. In order to get the issues fixed, they require you to send the entire unit to a repair shop in Florida. They will pay for the shipping to and from the shop but they don’t consider that it cost you money. If you had it installed to have it uninstalled and reinstalled again if they know there is a non-problem with an amplifier. Why are they continuing to sell them, this company is OK to deal with unless you have a problem then they’re going to charge you 15% to return the item or you’re going to be out money having the item uninstalled in order to send it in and be without your item for a month or more.
