    I ordered from this company on June 21, 2025 and the product was to arrive by July 5th at the latest. I still don't have the product. There is no phone number to reach anyone at the company. There is a chat feature on the website, but it is a bot that only gives automatic responses that the order takes 7-15 days to arrive (it is well past that timeline). I have emailed at least ************************************************************ the same lie that the order is on the way. Something needs to be done about this company. They are all over social media as an above-board company, but they are not. It is a scam and a rip-off.

    I ordered two Microneedling kits from this company on 6/14/2025. They charged $245.85 on my credit card on 6/15/2025. I received an email with a tracking number from the company on 6/16/2025. If I click on the tracking number, all the shipping company states is on 7/10/2025 "Arriving Late". I have attempted to contact the company and get no response on their email or chat. What is really funny is that I realized today that you can buy their product off of ****** and it states that I will have the product in 3 days.

    First of all I wanted to thank you for your patience in receiving the order. In recent months US Customs has a tremendous backlog due to new tariff regulations which caused some delays in deliveries.


    Upon looking at your order I see that the tracking number was updated yesterday (July 13th) and the last mile shipping company should have it tomorrow. That means they should deliver it the day after most likely: *************************************************************************

    Regarding Amazon - you are correct and indeed when there is a delay like this then that does make the Amazon shipping that much more of a no brainer.

    I will say that by the *** of August we will have completed a large change in our logistics infrastructure where all US orders made from our website will arrive guaranteed within 3 business days nationwide. While that doesn't really help you with this order I thought it would be worth noting.

    I have gone ahead and refunded 15% additional discount on your order as a gesture of goodwill due to the delay.

    Lets hope this will only be a couple more days at max!

    The merchant offers a refund policy but then fails to respond to requests. I have met the requirements. Their website for submitting returns or refunds is broken and they fail to respond. I have tried many times and in many ways with no response or assistance.

    Upon looking at your order you received it on May 24th, which is much longer than 30 days ago, that is why the return portal is showing you that this order is unavailable for return.

    I purchased $142 worth of Glov Beauty products Order #****** on April 15th, on April 17th they were shipped. The items were never delivered. I've filed several email complaints and phone calls with the **************** ***********'s customer support. With no resolution. A waist of my personal time and effort with several attempts. Finally *** admitted the package was lost.Glov Sent the following "Weve reported this issue to the shipping company, and they advised that you need to contact your local service provider to provide proof of package loss. (Which I did several times)This step is necessary so they can proceed with a compensation claim on t heir end. Once the claim is approved, we will arrange for your replacement order to be shipped out as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please let us know if you need help contacting the local service provider. Uni sent the following on May 13th after several attempt to resolve and get what Glov needed to replace pkg. (PHX) Warehouse Confirmation Number: (05-02-2025)-(1950700) Delivery Issue Identified: Lost parcel: Lost in Transit. Tracking Number: 4C002596078US Weve reviewed the matter and confirmed a delivery issue with your recent order. The case has been documented in our system for reference and vendor follow-up Were providing this confirmation so your merchant can initiate an investigation with Uni to validate the claim. Once their investigation is complete, they will determine whether to issue a refund, send a replacement, or offer another resolution, based on their policies and the findings of the review. This has become ridiculous. At first, I only wanted what I purchased. Now I am very upset and have gotten nothing but the run around from both these companies. Over a month ago I requested my money be refunded. I was only told by Glov my claim has been escalated. Never heard back. Lots of my personal time lost chasing this down. I want a refund.

    I cancelled my subscription & received email confirmation I cancelled my subscription. They continue to send me the subscription & charge my credit card. I want my subscription cancelled & all unauthorized charges removed.

    I ordered a product from this company for $284 and it was to be delivered around June 2. It has still not arrived. I have contacted both UniUni carrier and Glov Beauty. Both have given me the run around. Since both have reputation issues, I feel they are together in a scam. I doubt that a package was ever sent.

    I placed an order with this company over 30 days ago. The product was supposed to arrive within the stated 7-15 days standard shipping period. However, it has been well beyond that timeframe, and I still have not received the item. When I try to track the package the status says in transit..Apparently, the product goes through multiple facilities and the Current status: "in transit . I reached out multiple times to the company to request a refund and cancellation of my subscription. The email communication I have had with them appears to be automated or from a bot, which raises my concerns about the validity of this operation. This is unacceptable!!!

    Over the course of four months, I have sent two emails, three online contact requests and have called to find out how to cancel the subscription that I did not know I even had. I had thought I ordered one microneedle infusion set and have received one each month since. I have been trying to simply cancel my subscription and they make it impossible to do so. I have read the terms over and over on their site and it does not indicate how to cancel. This business is unethical. They get you to try their product and then do not allow for you to stop their service. It has cost me hundreds of dollars in product that I will never use.
