    My issue is I'd ordered the product six months ago and did not want a membership or recurring shipments. I have had automatic shipments since and have tried repeatedly to cancel "membership" which they indicate I don't have and they will not cancel and cannot log in to change anything but they continue billing me and sending shipments. I'm at a loss how to contact them or get any relief to make them stop charging me and sending shipments.

    I purchased product on 4/30 for $291.66. Ive reached out several times and all they do is resend the original tracking which hasnt been updated. Ive asked them to reach out to the carrier for additional information, they say they e reached out and then provided the same tracking saying its been updated. They say it takes 7-15 days for orders to arrive. Its been 30. Ive asked for a refund since the product has not arrived and they cant provide me with any updated information. They will not even acknowledge that Ive asked for a refund.

    I placed an order in March 2025, the order was lost in shipment. I have been trying to contact the company for a refund or replacement with no avail. I have repeatedly gotten AI chatbot responses with no resolution.

    Can you please check the order number on your confirmation email and let me know what it is? Also, can you check that you indeed made the order from **************************** and not another brand? There have been many brands trying to copy our brand name in an attempt to fool consumers.

    I purchases from glov beauty on May 1, 2025. My order was $179.95. Order said it shipped May 2. Its been listed that way since. It is now May 27. Glov Beauty says 10 business days max. They are a scam. My order is not received. And they are now saying they offer no refund even though their item lists as shipped and never arrived!

    I sent multiple new emails regarding my order and received the same auto response back saying my shipment was on its way with a link that shows that the item has been in transit from ** since May 2.  Today is June 11. I finally disputed the charges with my bank since GlovBeauty does not respond to their support emails or support chat with anything aside from automatic responses.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  
    I am angry that I had to escalate the matter to my bank in order to finally be refunded.  If you are aware of any kind of delay in shipping do not tell people 7-10 business days. 
    for the record, that order was placed almost two months ago and was never received even though it says its STILL in transit.

    I placed my order and received confirmation on April 29th 2025 that my order has been shipped and that I would receive my order no later than May 9th. Which it was not. I emailed on May 12th asking where my order was and was told told that it was in transit and that it would arrive soon I emailed back and explained that the tracking does not tell me anything with exception that it is in transit and has arrived a facility but no details where or what facility. I asked if they could be more specific but no response. I emailed again on May 14th with no response once again. I emailed again on May 16th and did receive a response stating again with the same response that it in transit and to allow 7-15 days for my delivery however when I initially placed my order I was to told 7-10 days. I emailed again on May 22, 2025 asking once again where my order was and that I was beginning to believe I was scammed. No response once again. We are now at 27 days close to a month and still no order. I am beyond disappointed. I am requesting a refund at this point. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are so unprofessional and could care less about their customers.

    I ordered. The company never sent product. I contacted the company. I talked to a lady named ******* and she said its on the way it still never came.. I believe this company is a scam company.     There was never any communication from this company about shipping issues- the only reason I got my money refunded was because I had to peruse it, there was no help offered except excuses to wait for the product.Then I received notification that the package was not being delivered- this is after they took payment over a month before.

    They are not a trustworthy professional business.

    Hi, I purchase this product August 24, ***************************** September 2024 I was very apprehensive to try this product so I waited till now May 2025 I did everything the video said and the instructions on the box and lo and behold when I transferred the serum to the bottle with the little needles nothing came out on my face, the problem was it was not coming out of the little bottle onto my face and that really made me wonder and I feel this product was faulty and thats the reason why Im upset. I used one application or tried to and it didnt release onto my face so I will not be trying another application. I dont have my receipt, but my order number confirms I made the purchase. Im looking for a refund as the product just wouldnt come out of the bottle the way it was supposed to. I can send a bank statement if needed just let me know! thank you for your time ***** *******

    Hey *****,

    If you are having trouble getting the serum to come out please try loosening the needle head meaning twisting it off slightly to allow some air to flow and the serum to come out. You can also watch this quick tutorial:

    If that doesn't work, two more things to try:


    1. Hold the bottle between both of your hands for 2 minutes upside down to heat it up slightly. This should help the serum flow better.


    2. Press & Hold the center needle: While the vial is upside down, press the center needle on a surface like the back of your hand or a paper towel and *hold it pressed in* for 10 seconds. Light pressure! After that once you lift the vial you should see a good amount of serum that has come out.


    If that doesnt work can you try a new needle and see if that solves it? Wed be happy to ship a replacement if that is the case!

    The product is faulty When I tried to get it out, the needles were very pokey and stingy and broke my skin. I removed the top with needles and put a bit of the product on my face burning.     I tried to cancel an order I placed with Glov Beauty (my credit card had already been charged, but the item had not yet been shipped) and the sales associate convinced me to keep the order if they would refund me half the purchase price. I never received any refund and I have been in contact with them through email since January. They have repeatedly told me that my claim has been sent to their "dedicated" team to rectify the situation and issue my refund. This still hasn't happened. Because of the amount of time this has cost me, the frustration, and lack of resolution on their part, I have now requested a full refund.
