- Additional Info:On November 20, 2017, BBB contacted Diabetic Alert Dogs of America, LLC regarding the business's stipulations on service dogs that may not act or behave as advertised once in the possession of the consumer.
Information was received that clarifies consumers of the business should reference their Lifetime Training Agreement and Purchase Agreement, as the business encourages their consumers to take advantage of their free additional training services. The extra training is free, however, getting the service dog to the trainer is at the expense of the consumer.
