I called and set an appt with Source1 roofing and they took my deposit in good faith as expected. The issue starts.1. I was scheduled for a 7-9am on Oct 2nd - that was no show. I called 3 times before they finally rescheduled my appt to another roofer. I called to find status ant the roofer was on his way. . 2. Roofer shows up and he started to work on the roof - didn't ask me about the work order needed. 3. They didn't tell me that they were finished with the job, i just went outside to ask are they done and they said yes. I told them one of the main reasons why i called was to cover the sides of the patio to protect the wood work that has been done for me in the past. They said that they didn't know what needed to be done they just thought to fix fly away tiles. 4. They said they will be back the next day with the part to fix the side of the patio 5. Next day no show but text me after 2pm stating they will come tomorrow. (and they did but it was late that night and all they did was to cover the old shotty work that was there on the roof line. They left of course without telling **** don't think they did the full speck of the job as my trim line hasn't been touched and i think they used the same roof system that was there. They also didn't replace the flashing either as the ** stated. I asked the roofer if they did what was requested on the ** and he said they did. I think 750 is too much for the work that was done but not for the work they were supposed to do. Also the side trim could of been done better than what they did too. As i could of done the same kind of work that they did and saved me my money. Besides the person who gave me the quote told me my roof was in great shape before they even started to do any work on it itself. I am asking for the ** to be completed as stated and/or a discount since my vacation was ruined. They also left 3 oil spots on my driveway too.
