  Epic Real Estate is absolutely phenomenal to work with IF you're serious about implementing and applying the extremely valuable information they give to you. The amount of resources, support and training available offer so much insight and can truly have a life changing impact if implemented properly. They do their job of putting the investor in position to succeed and they do it well. However it is on the individual to put in the work, especially in the beginning, to be successful. I would highly recommend Epic Real Estate to anyone who is serious about taking that next step in real estate investing and willing to put in the effort to achieve their goals. TRULY AN EPIC PROGRAM!

  Very helpful training that was no bs and direct tactics to achieve success. Not only was the info there, but the support to follow up and ensure the results are achieved. I feel comfortable, supported and ready to succeed. If I were to hit a snare, I have direct access to the epic team and have absolute confidence that I will be supported!   They make false promises telling you things that are not true. We paid $37,000 for a "once your in your in for life training" that kicked us out of the system 6 months later. We paid almost $40000 and didn't even get to finish it. Then we paid another $16000 for one on one training that they will stay with u until u sign ur first deal. Again that was bs. Then we paid another $4000 to get business credit from there affiliates and to have a tax guy. Again nothing that was promises when you paid was followed thru with. We went from 750 credit scores to almost $75000 in debt and a 500 credit score. Don't do it. Don't waste your money or your time.

  It's puzzling to us that we're hearing about these issues from you two years after the fact for the first time here in the public sphere. We’d prefer to take this to a more productive platform, and we will if you’re open to it. But, since

  Let's shift to resolution now. You attended our live training last year and even gave us a thumbs-up on video. Our records show you had a full year of access to all of our resources: daily coaching, Matt Theriault's one-on-one channel and zoom calendar link, and more. However, there's no trace of you using these resources. Not to sound like a high school teacher, but participation counts for grade.

  
  

  That said, we’re not throwing in the towel on you. Our offer to guide you until you seal your first real estate deal still stands, as it always has. As for the one-on-one training and business credit, let's sort that out too. We don’t know where that went wrong, but we’re committed to fixing that.   I'm 60 yrs old, and was looking for an accelerated real estate course that would give me a fixed income and allow me freedom and the ability to travel. I chose Matt and Epic because he started from the "pit{ (broke) climbed out, thrived, and taught others to do the same. I made an effort to follow his direction and in one year's time bought 3 houses. I now have more opportunities than I need. It comes down to listening, learning, and applying. When I get turned around I always go back to Matt's golden rule, "get it under contract" the pieces will fall in place from there.
  Secondly, if you are not sure listen to Matt and Mercedes's podcast. They cover various aspects of real estate, strategies, and insights w/o hyperbole.

  Been through the training...and continuing! Always so much to learn and they get it to me with no fluff and no filler. Just what works, how it works, and when it works. When I follow the "recipe" the results follow...time to bake more profits!
