They make false promises telling you things that are not true. We paid $37,000 for a "once your in your in for life training" that kicked us out of the system 6 months later. We paid almost $40000 and didn't even get to finish it. Then we paid another $16000 for one on one training that they will stay with u until u sign ur first deal. Again that was bs. Then we paid another $4000 to get business credit from there affiliates and to have a tax guy. Again nothing that was promises when you paid was followed thru with. We went from 750 credit scores to almost $75000 in debt and a 500 credit score. Don't do it. Don't waste your money or your time.

Your review was a curveball that left us scratching our heads—like discovering the last episode of your favorite TV series got canceled. We’re genuinely sorry to hear you've had this experience. While we wish we could give you a time machine to fix things, the best we can do is offer some real solutions, ASAP.

Before we do, though... we have ample documentation to back up our offerings and the promises we make—including your own very favorable video testimonial. But we're choosing to keep that between us, as airing it out here wouldn't do either of us any good.

Here's the thing: Imagine buying a fancy gym membership, complete with personal trainers and a smoothie bar, but never actually showing up to the gym. That’s how we’re feeling right now.

It's puzzling to us that we're hearing about these issues from you two years after the fact for the first time here in the public sphere. We’d prefer to take this to a more productive platform, and we will if you’re open to it. But, since
you’ve made this public, we’re sort of forced to respond publicly to save face.

Let's shift to resolution now. You attended our live training last year and even gave us a thumbs-up on video. Our records show you had a full year of access to all of our resources: daily coaching, Matt Theriault's one-on-one channel and zoom calendar link, and more. However, there's no trace of you using these resources. Not to sound like a high school teacher, but participation counts for grade.

That said, we’re not throwing in the towel on you. Our offer to guide you until you seal your first real estate deal still stands, as it always has. As for the one-on-one training and business credit, let's sort that out too. We don’t know where that went wrong, but we’re committed to fixing that.
