The company states they will report to the consumer what part of the prize money they are entitled to, as well as, how to obtain it. However, the consumer must pay a $20 processing fee.
Consumers should read all of the literature from the company before making a decision to purchase the prize information. Nevada Revised Statute 598.136 general states that a prize must be given to the recipient without obligation and is to be delivered to the recipient at no expense within 30 days after representation. This Chapter also states that if the letter is a sales promotion then the language of the advertisement must represent such.

The literature states, "L.V.A.A.P. is a service offered to our customers that provides information on available sweepstakes that are open to the public for entry. Subscribers are solely responsible for investigating, viewing and complying with any and all rules, restrictions, requirements, or provisions set forth in all sweepstakes. The contents of our newsletters are accurate to the best of our knowledge, and L.V.A.A.P. shall not be liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Liability for any mistake or typographical error is limited to a full refund of the purchase price of the publication. L.V.A.A.P. has no affiliation with any particular sponsor of any sweepstakes or contest. No such association or affiliation should be inferred or implied."
