    I literally got dragged into this scam business and kept telling them they were going to cause me to miss my flight. They had taken my boarding pass to "look at it, to show me which gate to go to," but would not give it back to me as they were putting their product all over my face. I was trying to get the h*** out of this place the whole time, and they did, in fact, cause me to miss my flight, (they had closed the gate and wouldn't let me on the plane). This is a criminal company. They kept me from getting home that evening, and I had to pay for an overnight stay and missed the next day at work because of them. I have the specific employees phone number who held me hostage. **************. I finally gave them cash of 1000 to try to make it to my flight and told them to ship everything to my house which of course I haven't received. Of course they did not give me a receipt. I want reimbursed the cash I gave them, plus my overnight stay and my day of work missed.

    Nov 2023 Same complaint as others Total scam!!And they also Told me I'd get my taxes refunded on my credit card but didn't happen

    On 1/28/2024, I was offered a free sample of an eye cream at the **************. The cream that she did put on my face did make a significant difference, so I agreed to purchase it. Suddenly, I was being bamboozled in to several other products and they still had my credit card and passport. I feel stupid that somehow I agreed to it after saying no thanks several times. Worst of all is that the cream that I was given turned my face red, made my skin itchy, gave me a headache for two days, and made my eyes and ears burn. When I contacted them to get a refund, they stated that there is no refund on cosmetics whether opened or not and sent me a copy of something I signed stating that. I am not sure what I bought and have never had an allergic reaction to a cream before. Total bait and switch operation. Ruined my whole trip. Included are the before and after pictures of the cream.

    4/2/2023 VENOFYE -BUYER BEWARE! Airport purchase and this product is a scam. The product they test on you at The Royal Bee store in ****** is NOT the same product they send you home with. Salesperson gives a lot of lines like - oh your skin is so beautiful, oh you must be a runner you must have a nice body, oh your tan/color is so great- yadda yadda yadda.... don't buy their scammy junk! It is overpriced junk and not what they test on you at the store/booth. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

    I was at the ************** 2 days ago with my husband. The salesperson on the side of this store asked if she could put some eye cream on. It worked within a minute but I declined to purchase. Went to lunch and went back to see how cheap I could get them down to. Was told it would last for 2 years (yeah right, maybe 2 months ***) the leader hooked into me and had my passport, boarding pass and credit card. She wanted to try some items on me and everything worked like a dream. We discussed prices and she used red lights on me, etc, etc. I told her the items were too expensive, etc. Oh I will throw in this suitcase of c*** and mail it to you, etc. Needless to say, my flight was boarding and I had to go. All prices reduced, were in pesos and I was conned into spending thousands of US DOLLARS not pesos. I couldn't bring the items on the plane so I will probably never ever see the rest of them. I used the eye cream out of the nearly empty syringe and nothing. It was totally different and doesn't even feel the same. Im embarrassed that anyone could be so dishonest and I fell for it. I was totally taken advantage of. The store front is just a front for bait and switch and ripping off tourists. I have called and emailed the companies, product manufacturers and now I know why they said to use it once a week so you wouldn't realize for a whole week it doesn't work. Such a scam. Im out thousands and there are no returns. I almost missed my plane trying to get my credit card and passport back.

    On August 15, 2022 I was in the Cancun Airport waiting on my flight to board. I was being assisted from the restroom when approached by a woman in kiosk representing the Venofye products. She rub a substance under my eyes, she said it will get the bags off. The product she put on actually worked for a few minutes long enough for her to sell me the item for $290.00 USD. I was complaining about the price and she insisted it listed for $1200.00 and she could pull it up on their website which she never did. She said, "ok I add a moisturizer, she bagged them up without me seeing the products, and although the facial peeling had wrap on it the inside was torn as show in the picture. I got home, the product was not the same it seems as if it's almost empty, the eye serum was different and does not remove the bags and the moisturizer is a facial peeling cream. I looked up the product she sold me it does not come up online and when I looked up Venofye it does have the products listed.
