Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with this company like many others. You need to dig around as they do delete negative reviews online. I placed my order of slime, $63.95 on 4/23/2023 for a kid's birthday party.The order confirmation said I will receive my products between 4/28/2023 -5/3/2023.On 5/3, the last day I was supposed to receive my products. They sent me another email that looks automatically generated from the website, telling me, their company is facing high demand from all other orders, so my product will be delayed again. They never gave me a person to contact also do not even provide a date when my paid merchandise will be ready. Since I ordered them for a child's birthday party.I need to cancel my order and found a last-minute replacement. I emailed them right away, asking for canceling.On 5/4, they sent an email from a different email address, including a **** tracking number. But when I clicked the link, The **** website said it was just a label. The company still didn't drop off the products. I replay instantly to cancel my order again. Two hours later, they sent me another email from a different email address with a case number, On 5/5, "customer service" contact me, stating that my order is out the door, and she couldn't do anything for me now.I got this way too late and unwanted products on 5/6. Since then, I have emailed them many more times, asking them to send me a paid return label. But, they start showing me all the rules of their "company policy" such as all sales are final,(even if they delayed my order.) and if you open the box, you can't return either.They tried to fault me and intimidate me to accept their products. There will be no resolution with them.What hurt me the most, is those Scammer who hide under cute websites and social media. The kids will easily be lured by them.. BTW, their products are far off from what you saw on their website. It looks like a cheap counterfeit.
