    Nikki ***********, Account Specialist (assigned to my family member) has been nothing but kind and patient with my situation. At first, I was skeptical, but through some research on my end I decided to trust her and what she was assigned to do for her company Dunbar. It does take months to resolve, but we just received the unclaimed money. Thank you Nikki for not giving up on my family member and deciding to reach a next of kin (me). Much appreciated.

    Vivian ****** was amazing… her persistence in contacting me was incredible, and once she had convinced me that the Dunbar group was legit., she kept in touch with me guiding me through the process of recouping the funds! It’d be great if all financial service folks were like her, guiding the uninitiated thru this kind of scenario! Thank you Dunbar… and specifically, thank you Vivian!

    Nikki from Dunbar worked with me to identify and retrieve all the unclaimed monies. She provided monthly updates and correctly predicted when I would receive the money. I had a pleasant and safe experience working with Dunbar.

    Hello I write today to make sure that Dunbar, LLC knows what an amazing expirience I had during this journey. I received a letter from Dunbar in October of 2024. First of all when I read the letter I thought it was a HOAX. My son was here that day and he read the letter as well and encouraged me to call. I called immediately and Nikki answered the phone. From the very first call to Dunbar, Nikki proved to be extremely knowledgeable. Along with that knowledge Nikki was kind, patient, and understanding. Especially when I was in doubt. She reached out to me the middle of each month letting me know the status and making sure all of my questions were answered and she always assured me of any and all doubts that I had during this process. Just so you know I received my check on Friday, April 4, 2025. Please note I would give Nikki 12 STARS for my overall experience with her. Nikki is truly an assest to your organization.
