    On December 9th, 2022 , I wanted to have a procedure done for stomach reduction. Dr. * gave me a consultation. I asked her that a few times if this procedure would actually be effective and she said that I should go with a particular procedure which she said is the most effective for stomach reduction for me. I really trusted her because she is a real doctor and trusted her words. I decided to do the procedure. She made me sign the consent form without explanation, which to me makes the consent form invalid. She did not mention that there are possibilities that the procedure would be ineffective. I paid the amount of $1995.84 with my credit card and I have a dispute going on right now. She told me a month after the series of procedures finish (which was February 1st,2023) my stomach would shrink. Today is May 11 of 2023 and I don't see any difference at all. My stomach is exactly the same and I still feel very heavy and unhappy with everything I paid for. After I spoke to BBB and my bank, I was advised to file a complaint so other people do not get scammed like I did. I am also going to file a complaint with *********************** and also with ************************************* I want people to know not to get burned like I did and waste their money. Dr. * had the nerve to send me an email with a picture of my stomach after the procedure with no effect. I don't want to be harassed by her anymore and I will look for my rights until the end. If my dispute is not resolved, I will take legal action. Thank you for your cooperation. Let me know if you need any more information from me.

    Dotchka sought body shaping services from Dr. * Beauty on December 9, 2022.
    She was offered a series of 10 treatments with our Indiba device, used to reduce the size of the abdominal area. Indiba is a device that is *** cleared for body shaping and rejuvenation. Please see the official Indiba site for more information in its technology **************************. She was explained the procedure and signed the informed consent.
    Advance aesthetician Melia conducted 10 treatments on the highest setting of the machine.
    Throughout the treatment ******* explained she liked the treatments and at the end of her final treatment she said she wanted to save more money to purchase more Indiba treatments. Please see enclosed treatment logs and the statement provided by the aesthetician, Melia.
    After completion of the treatments, ******* never contacted our office to let us know she was dissatisfied with the Indiba treatment results. We only came to realize there was an issue when we received the charge back request. Since our office received the dispute request, we attempted to contact ******* about her concerns but she never responded. It is in our practice to do our best to resolve the issues and keep our clients satisfied. In situations like that, we would offer additional complementary treatments or some other body shaping/weight management services - like Semaglutide injections. However, like it was mentioned before ******* never notified ** that she was dissatisfied. Indiba is one of our best selling and most popular treatments. We have many happy clients who have received it.
    It is also important to understand that the success of all body shaping treatments is contingent on the clients adherence to healthy diet and life style. If one were to keep gaining weight, the body shaping treatments will not work. Miss ******* was baseline overweight and if she gained more weight - any results would be lost.
    In the conclusion
    1. ******* was explained and agreed to the treatments with Indiba
    2. Dotchka received full course of treatments of highest possible settings.
    3. ******* expressed her satisfaction with treatments to us.
    4. ******* never contacted us back about any dissatisfaction with the treatment results and has not responded to us when we contacted her after receiving the dispute notification.
    5. We provided Dotchka with full package of *** cleared Indiba treatments which we performed on the highest settings and accordance to the manufacture recommendations.
    6. Success of the body treatment depends on the clients adhesion to healthy diet, exercise and not gaining weight.

     I am rejecting this response because: I don't see a results,i eat healthy because I cook healthy food every day.I went to the fitness almost 3 month's.I attached copy of the history going to *******.They never try contacting **** have a history.This is nice from them offering me complimentary treatment but in a couple days I'm currently moving from *********.If they like to return partial of my money I will be fine.

    To best resolve this manner, we are willing to provide a $500 partial refund if ******* will withdraw all disputes across all platforms and seize any future complaints and/or disputes with Dr. * Beauty.
    We provided Dotchka with full package of *** cleared ****** treatments which we performed on the highest settings and accordance to the manufacture recommendations. Success of the body treatment depends on the clients adhesion to healthy diet, exercise and not gaining weight. In the previous replies you will find attached the signed sales receipt and a copy of the signed consent forms that the patient has the opportunity to read and review before signing. 
    The most recent response from Dotchka on 05/31/2023 states we never contacted her. However, in her initial complaint, she states our attempts to reach her were harassment. We called Dotchka on April 17th but the call was unsuccessful. We then sent a text message on April 17th at 12:21pm to inquire about the dispute. Again,we received no response. As a practice it is in our best interest to reasonably accommodate our patients on a case-by-case basis if/when there is proper communication.However, our office never received notice from Dotchka regarding any dissatisfaction from the ****** services.
