On December 9th, 2022 , I wanted to have a procedure done for stomach reduction. Dr. * gave me a consultation. I asked her that a few times if this procedure would actually be effective and she said that I should go with a particular procedure which she said is the most effective for stomach reduction for me. I really trusted her because she is a real doctor and trusted her words. I decided to do the procedure. She made me sign the consent form without explanation, which to me makes the consent form invalid. She did not mention that there are possibilities that the procedure would be ineffective. I paid the amount of $1995.84 with my credit card and I have a dispute going on right now. She told me a month after the series of procedures finish (which was February 1st,2023) my stomach would shrink. Today is May 11 of 2023 and I don't see any difference at all. My stomach is exactly the same and I still feel very heavy and unhappy with everything I paid for. After I spoke to BBB and my bank, I was advised to file a complaint so other people do not get scammed like I did. I am also going to file a complaint with *********************** and also with ************************************* I want people to know not to get burned like I did and waste their money. Dr. * had the nerve to send me an email with a picture of my stomach after the procedure with no effect. I don't want to be harassed by her anymore and I will look for my rights until the end.
