    I signed up for their services for ****** and website. I explained very admitly that I do not serve certain areas over and over and over. I do not serve ******* ******** nor it's surrounding towns like ************** ******** nor ****** ********. My website they created domain is www.windowcleanerclifton.com and on that webpage it says clearly that I do serve that area. This is called false advertising MY business and gives a bad reputation when people call from those areas and I tell them I do not serve their area.I told **** and ******** and their tech team from 411 locals both in email and on the phone directly that I do not serve those areas and gave them the areas in which I do serve. They absolutely have not changed anything that I have told them to change. Neither the domain location nor on the domain itself. I am not allowing anymore payment to them until the matter is resolved and if need be criminal charges on the grounds of false advertising will be pursued.

    After cancelling their services due to over promising and under delivering they continue to harass me with phone calls over and over again with me always telling them to remove me from their list. This is bordering harassment and i wish i never accepted their first unsolicited call in the first place

    For the past 2 years 411 local has been charging me money for there services for which I'm not receiving any job leads. From the start of there help I was running a business Lytton construction llc. But after a little while 411 locals made up on these own 2 separate companies of which I have no idea why now I see that they're charging me for 3 operate bills. I've repeatedly ask them to stop charging my debit card and that I only wanted one business campaign and they refuse to stop billing me I want the past year of refunded to my card or I'm seeking other avenues to get my money back

    I am rejecting this response because: I have repeatedly made effort to ask the company to just refund my money because I've got no results from there company they promise me customers but the promise is without merit. I ask them to only use one business and they insist on running three campaigns saying I'll reach more customers I've got no results and kindly ask to refund my money

    Our company hired 411 a couple years ago for our ****** business ad campaign. We have tried to cancel their services a few times, but they have always said they would correct things we were complaining about. Nothing was fixed so I again tried to cancel, after an extensive time on the phone they said they had to call me back on a number that matched their records. No call back.

    I use them for my website. I paid them for my domain and they haven't able to fix my website in the last 4 months. And get my address *********** on my ******* So I told them I was closing out on them. They do not have a contract with me. And I do not have a contract with them. They are trying to keep my domain. My webpage name and not let me have it I payed for it

    I am rejecting this response because: My account has been messed up with him since October. They have been trying to fix it. And I was told they was gonna wave the bill. If I would give them a chance to fix it. Because I told them I was gonna leave and get somebody else to work on my ****** and my webpage. And they said they would waive the bill if they would get another chance to try to fix things. I gave them another 2 or 3 weeks. Things was not fixed.  And I told them I was wanting to just stop everything with us. And that's when they come back with the bill wanted me to pay it after they already told me they was going to wave it if I gave them the chance to try to fix things to keep me there. Customer look at all of the reviews there are similar things happening

    I paid this company to set up a website and for SEO services. They set up a website that was very unsatisfactory and after a short time I cancelled their services. When I signed with them they said they needed my ****** business profile user ID and Password in order to help drive business to my site. They repeatedly put me on hold and kept disconnecting me when I tried over and over to cancel. When I finally was able to cancel, they had taken control of my ****** business profile and when I finally got them to supposedly release it back to my control, they had changed the logon credentials, so I can no longer edit my own business profile. They are telling me that I have to call ****** to get my access back. However, they changed my login credentials, so they are the only ones who actually have the login access and they will not release to me unless I come back with their service. This has been going on for months and my business is being impacted as I cannot update my profile and this is the main way clients find me online.. I need a quick resolution as I am a small business owner and this is a huge financial impact. When I call the company I get prevarication, long hold times and disconnect. There is no hope for this resolving without intervention. My request is that they send me the login credentials to my own ****** business profile, which they are trying to use to control me working with them, and which was in existence before I ever worked with this company.

    I forgot to add to my complaint, that I also paid the additional fee for the website that was designed for me by this company. I was told that when I cancel,  if I buy the domain name, then they would release the user ID and password to me for the website. I did pay the additional money when I canceled to get access to the website, but they have not released the user ID or the password to the website to me so that I can make revisions. 
    I also want the login credentials for the website which I paid for. Is it possible to add this to my complaint? Thank you,

    After signing up with 411 Locals I decided that they were a suspect business because no less than a week after I gave them my credit card ?? I was alerted by my credit card company that a *********** based airline ticket for approximately $1500 was attempted to be made on the same card I provided them with. I raised this concern with management and they promised an investigation and no one ever got back to me even though they are the only **********-based entity I gave me card information just a week before. That was a big red flag for me so I did not renew with them after my initial minutes was finished. Our primary way of communication has always been through WhatsApp. Thats how I request specific services and thats how they respond and send my statement after each task is completed. I reached out 4 times to cancel and submitted a written request to refund after I was charged $199 again even though I didnt use any of there services. They screenshot my agreement mandating me to get on a phone call with them to cancel. I responded to them by telling them to send me a voice message and I will respond accordingly. Fast forward 20 days later and another $199 was charged to my card even during the process of them refusing to cancel my account and me not even using there services. This company has no desire for canceling my account and fraudulently keep charging my card even though I have not used any minutes. What am I being charged for and why does it take more than a written statement to cancel this agreement? I need my $398 back on my card because I am not using your service.

    I signed up for 411 locals advertising. They are based on the West Coast and we are on the East Coast so there was difficulty communicating. Because of this I wanted to cancel the service. The last time I was able to have a conversation with a representative I expressed that I wanted to cancel and was told that she cannot help me with that. After that I have called multiple times and have waited for over an hour listening to the line say I'm first in line. When I do occasionally get through the representative hangs up or the line gets "disconnected". I would really like assistance cancelling my account with ******************

    I have been attempting to talk to someone concerning canceling my subscription for almost 2 full months due to zero effect seen. I am spending money on a totally ineffective service. Either the call disconnects immediately or no one answers. The web page to log in or see my dashboard doesn't even recognize me as a customer!! I have no way of ******** contacting them. The only way I have been able to stop the withdrawls was to change my credit card number.

    Attention! Beware of this ************* Why are they calling (411 Local) soliciting businesses without being upfront and transparent about what they want from the start. They first start off with pretending to be interested in your companies service along you questions Any your business acting as if they are wanting to do business. Lots of personal screening questions. The first cash this month came from a middle eastern woman whos accent was too heavy, I asked her to identify where she was calling from and when she did not get her prying questions answered she hung up on me. A week later another call from what I thought was an actual inquiry about our services Every began asking what services I offer and the location then it just became weird as they began sing irrelevant questions to fish information. They rescued you on a recorded line, have so many inconsistencies, actually rush you to subscribe to their service after taking up more than 15 minutes of falsely representing their reason for calling. They will fast talk you, make things up on the fly whenever they feel and text you information they want you to respond to with links and a text confirmation stating I agree to starting this service at $49 with $189 a month. Why would I do that when these fast talkers repeat the same thing, To put your business at the top of ******* Their services offered seem real shaky and they pressure you by saying if you dont sign up now youll miss out and.. we only have one spot available for your area to work with, if you dont act now theres no guarantee that your area will be available as we only work with one business in a particular industry for a specified area at a time. Ask they do is go online, find free information about your business then pretended like they want your business, waist 25 minutes of your tube before they are even clear about what they even want and as a last attempt he says Well theres no guarantee Ill be available if you call me.
