      We have been using Incorp Services for years and were moved into the VIP department earlier this year. Throughout our time with Incorp we have struggled to get in contact with our representatives making it difficult to get help and assistance in a timely manner. When I was finally able to get in contact with our current representative, Nicole, to request a new representative she informed me that the expected response time is 1-3 business days, but if we ever got a response from her it would be weeks. It's been a month since we requested a new representative and we still have not heard back. Do not use Incorp, their communication is terrible and so is there customer service, you are better off going to another registered agent company for the same price.

      Excellent & Awesome response time by Autumn today. She jumped right in and handled our request immediately and even walked me through step by step. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This isn't the first time Autumn has assisted us. She keeps on delivering time and time again. Keep up the Excellent customer service Autumn.

      These people continue to harass you after you have notified them you want them to be removed as your registered agent and no longer have a registered agent on file for your business. This was done years ago and they try to claim you need to do something else to stop their harassment. They clearly need to do something else other than make themselves unable to be reached by phone and continue to send unsolicited invoices that they have no right to and have offered no service. A service that was clearly canceled many times, they were removed by a filing from the state business registration, they were contacted again and continue to send harassing invoices. They are clearly scammers and should not be in business.
