    I evidently was routed to IDENTITY IQ on 11/04/2022 while working on credit availability. I paid the $1.00 fto look at what they offered. I just realized today 11/17/2022 that they auto drafted $34.99 from my account. I called was able to talk to a real person, kind ofeverything was scripted of course. Successfully cancelled he said BUT I WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED MY MONEY $34.99. They provided no service and said it was in the agreement. I am certain they are making a significant amount of money from they way they wrote their agreement i am also certain that many people dont even know they are being STOLEN from. NO TRANSPARENCY AND NO RIGHT TO KEEP MY MONEY. With the only scripted response being basically too bad for you, sorry have to run to the bank. $34.99 a pop is A LOT OF STOLEN MONEY.

    I never had a account with them but I look on my bank app and see that I was charged 35 dollars to my account for services I never requested. I go online to try and contact them to find out what is going on and why this happened and I read that there are no refunds nor can I get someone on the phone to explain this?. And I called during business hours and they tell me that I'm calling after hours. So now I'm out money that I need and I'm afraid that this will continue to happen

They did not answer either call, and we left two voicemails. We addressed their request.

    I addressed a matter of concern as it relates to a charge I received to my **************** card ending in **** which the merchant failed to provide a refund as, promised. I have received a cancellation notice as a result of being lied to by the company cancelling an account I did not authorize by ******. Thank you.

    This is the 2nd complaint. I paid a one dollar fee for what was supposed to be a charge to check credit for a loan. I was billed a few days later for a monthly fee. I tried calling the number they show several time a day for three days but it cannot be called from here. I filed a complaint and heard from them that I need to call the same number I had been calling several times a day for 3 days. Thats all the information they gave me. I got back on your site and was able to find their address. I sent a letter to that address telling them that I did not want this product. Today I was charged again for a second monthly payment. I do not want their service.I do not want their service because I do not need it. I believe this is a scam. Otherwise they would have read my complaint and see that I cannot called them and they would have called me. I want my money returned to me. Thank you

    July 12 I signed up for this after signing up I quickly realized it was the same thing I get through TurboTax so I cancelled they kept trying to charge my account until sept 20 when they were successful for ***** I quickly called again and cancelled and got confirmation and was told I would receive a refund and nothing has happened since I didnt use the services I dont think I should pay for something I didnt use. They also make it extremely difficult to contact them long wait time via phone and no way to contact them in email or in app to cancel I have since asked numerous times for my refund and got nothing

    10/21/2022 Sign up for trial under guise of receiving FICO scores through ********* link. The scores were in fact Vantage scores and not applicable. Immediately attempted to cancel account through website, not possible. Called customer service, customer service was conveniently closed. This company prey's on the uninformed and hopes they forget about the "trial period". The information and "scores" they show are provided for free by other companies such as CreditKarma etc. It is my belief that this company is the scum of the earth preying on simple folks who would like information on how they rate credit wise.

    I was reached out by Sixty Day Credit repair that they would fix my credit and increase it by 100 points if I sign up with them and the identityIQ the software company to monitor the progress because they are working with them. It has been 105 days have passed I reached out to the Sixty Day credit repair to get my refund they said that they will work on my refund that is owed by the sixty days credit repair but will not refund me what identityIQ the software company has charged me which was $29.95 for the last 4 months because they are not working with them. I reached out to identityiq the software company and they said they cant do nothing about my refund. Please help me to collect what has been charged because looks like they are running a scam on people the sixty days credit repair and the identityIQ thank you.

They picked up the phone and hung up. We attempted to call them back, and it went to voicemail. We left them a second voicemail. We addressed their request.

    This company has fraudulently charged my account. I didn't subscribe to any thing. I've been in recovery from two major surgeries. Unemployed for 8mos. I would never subscribe to this company. I want my money that they stole from my credit card company ASAP of $101.
