    We checked in on 02/24/2024. We were asked if we wanted housekeeping every day. We responded yes. On the evening of the 24th we tried to sleep, however the shower was dripping so loud that we could not get a good nights sleep. We folded a towel & placed it over the drain of the shower to muffle the sound. The morning of the 25th we found ******** from housekeeping, explained the ************* responded. " I have called that problem in several times and I will again" we phoned as well.We could not seem to get Wifi in our room so we spoke with the person in charge of **** and he tried to connect us. No go for our entire stay. The sink was clogged & water very slowly went down. The cold water faucet when turned on , the entire base turned with it.We had housekeeping on the 25th, however there was no housekeeping on the 26th & 27th.We phoned again on the 26th & reported it. It never happened. On the 27th again no housekeeping. So our trash was pilling up. We ran out of clean towels. Phoned again, at 3 o'clock in the am they delivered towels.So basically we truly did not get a good nights rest from Saturday through Tuesday.I have been to Vegas several times, mostly stayed at ******************************** before renovations. Was always run well. Never like this trip. I will never stay at the Flamingo again.If they want to give us 4 free nights without resort fees at a different Caesar property that would be fine, if not we are requesting a refund.

    I stayed 18th Feb - 23rd Feb. I paid 475.5$ for the resort fee and deposit. After I checked out they charge me additional 200$ saying that its a resort fee. So I called billing department. They keep saying that 475.5$ I paid when I check in was temporary holdback so it never paid and therefore I had to pay 200$. But that 475.5$ payment hasnt cancelled yet, and they keep saying the same thing! I really need 475.5$ back. I upload screenshot of payment but its in Korean currency

    We travelled to Vegas on February ***** th 2024. Room #***** and booking # ******. We did not have any hot water the entire stay. The front desk was notified and we were informed that at technician would be sent up. They did not send one. Our second issue was the room key did not function to open the hotel room door. We travelled to the front desk from the 15th floor and were told a technician was on the way. Upon returning to the 15th floor and waiting 20 minutes (no technician arrived). We returned to the front desk again. Upon speaking to the hotel desk manager, they informed me the all the resort fees would be waived for our stay. This did not fix our hot water issue, but was satisfactory with us that they would at least waive this fee. We have been home now for 7 days and have not seen any monies refunded to us. We are looking to have the resort fee waived in the amount of $141.14. Thank you,

    We show that this was handled at the time of the visit with the Front Desk compensating you by removing 1 resort fee and a $30 Food and Beverage Credit. However, the Front Desk did advise us that the credit was refused. Although we regret that you did not completely enjoy your stay, we do feel that our compensation is a fair one and will not be offering any further compensation.

    Today I arrived at the Flamingo, Las Vegas at approximately 11 PM (after checking in online for earlier in the day at 9 AM) and was informed that the room I paid extra fora strip view room was not available, and I was bumped down to a garden view. I was not offered any compensation for the discrepancy. The room advertised and listed in my receipt should be the room I am paying for.

    We checked in on Wednesday, Feb 14th and out Feb 19th Dirty room (fridge still full of food)Each day had no hot water and could not take a shower.One day we went to shower at the fitness centre & another went to another hotel.Safe malfunctioned another day Not good enough.I went to the in house services twice a day for answers and most days was met with someone rude.The night before leaving I met with the manager who approved all resort fees waved, but guess what didnt happen when I checked out. Finding someone to rectify this was impossible, completely rude.

    Stayed at hotel 2/2-2/5/2025 to celebrate wedding in Las Vegas. No hot water each day. The first day I was told by customer service that it would be fixed within an hour. Second day - told it was being worked on and I requested my resort fee be removed as no hot water was unacceptable. They stated they would submit complaint and I would be contacted within a week. No response from anyone. I see 2 days of resort fee was not charged but I was still charged one day. The hold on my credit card remains 13 days after check out. Why?

    As far as the deposit goes, depending on the financial institution and card type, the amount of time it takes to receive your deposit back varies somewhat significantly. 

    Hopefully, you've received the deposit back by now.

    No hot water during the whole trip. Never notified that there were prior issues with hot water, issue continues to persist for guests.

    Stayed at the Flamingo from Sunday 4th February until Thursday 8th February, during first 2 nights there was no hot water provided by the hotel. I was also told this was a sphere view when checking in, which it wasnt. I went down to in-house services on 3 occasions to be told to keep the shower running and it may get warm. Which it didnt, I also then tried to visit in house services again but this desk has been almost permanently closed since. Room ***** Thoroughly disappointed with my stay at the Flamingo and the overall poor resolution provided, no offer of a room change at any time, quite simply a shocking customer experience and not of the standard Id expect given my first visit to Las Vegas.As a basic service hot water must be provided no matter the level of hotel this is a basic requirement.

    I stayed at flamingo hotel from 2/2-2/5/24. Checked in on Friday and by Saturday had no hot water. Was never notified regarding the issue. Went to hospitality and was only credited $40 for resort fees. Was told they were crediting $20/day toward resort fee credits. They said that was part of the water usage. Ver dissatisfied. They never apologized and feel like more should have been/be done for the inconvenience. I am very unhappy and will never stay there EVER again. Room was old pillowcases were dirty. No outlets by bed. Just horrible. My total to stay was $750 I should have been comped at least 1day since I had no hot water for 2!!!

    Not one to complain, but when it comes to necessities of life the Flamingo hotel Las Vegas needs to be condemned..we are currently staying in a room that hasnt had hot water at all as well as ********* are plugged and rooms are dirty. As we pay a nightly fee of $45 US for resort fees, you would think at least hot water would be included. Very dissatisfied and hoping the can make it right for a bummed out tourist
