Ordered window tint two months ago and been given excuse after excuse on why my order hasn't been filled yet. Asked for a refund and was offered 25% off the order and I refuse d it and asked to cancel my order and give my money back. Now they refuse to respond back to me at all. In October 2024, we ordered window tint for our vehicle from Instatint online. We ordered 2 pieces, for the front door windows. We paid $146.14. It took over a month to receive the product. We installed it on the front windows of our truck, it was a little difficult but we got it on and flush. When we rolled the windows down, the tint got stuck in the window and jammed and bent the tint. This caused bubbles and it wouldn't cling to the windows. We purchased a warranty that said 100% money back guarantee. I emailed in November and didn't hear back. I waited until January and emailed again and finally got a response but was told they would not give a refund. I sent photos of the damaged tint. They said they would send new tint that would be guaranteed to work.I have yet to receive anything from them. I however would never put this product back on my vehicle, it would ruin my window motor, if not right away, it eventually would do damage. The product is garbage. I have argued since January. They claim they do not offer refunds at all. This company is a complete fraud and we fell for it. I turned it into my credit card company but missed the cutoff for claims by one week. Sadly they go by purchase date, not when the product is actually received so we are out almost $150.Initial Complaint

I ordered on 3/16/25 Insta tints product. I have contacted them numerous times via email to inquire about my order and was told that it is in production. Next email stated that they had an issue with the material to make their product. The excuses have continued. I believe 7 weeks is enough time to deliver on a product that they advertise will be shipped on 7-10 business days. I am requesting a refund due to breach in contract.Customer Answer

Basically giving the run around. Keeps telling me take care working on the order but keep running into delays and refusing to cancel the order because they claim that the order was already started but keep telling me it hasn't been made yet. I bought this product february 6th, i emailed about a month after it was ordered and the response said it would ship out soon and it arrived over two months later. I went to install the product it did not fit my windows. i emailed the company again requesting a refund and they are only willing to send a replacement product that is going to fit the exact same way. ive been emailing ******* for almost two weeks now and am furious that i spent over $150 on this product that took almost three months to arrive, it didnt even fit and i cant even get a refund.Initial Complaint

ordered product on October 21st 2024 with credit card. there was no update as to what was going on with my order, i reach out on 12/10/24 trying to track down my order. was told its not processed yet. reached back out on January 7th 2025 for an update and them was never replied to again. On March 30, 2025, I placed an order and spent $152.97 for their full package. On April 12, 2025, I reached out regarding the status of my order and was informed that some of their materials were damaged that caused a delay in production and it would be another 2 weeks before my order would be shipped. On April 19, 2025, I decided to go another route and emailed them to cancel my order. I have yet to hear anything from them.
