      Nature of Complaint: Failure to deliver product / Lack of resolution from customer service On May 5, 2025, I placed an order with Instatint for a product totaling $149.99. As of today, August 5, 2025, I have not received the product nor have I been provided with a tracking number.I have contacted the companys customer service multiple times via email, engaging in several back-and-forth communications, but no resolution has been provided. They have not issued a refund, provided a timeline for delivery, or offered any satisfactory explanation for the delay.I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and professionalism. It appears I am not alone, as others have reported similar issues. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others against ordering from this company.

      I placed an order then emailed to cancel within a few hours. I never heard anything back, then i messaged the company on instagram. they were odd and took days to reply. they told me i could a receive a refund but still havent. The website advertises 7-14 business day shipping, but in the instagram message they tried to tell me that it takes over 4 business weeks.

      I tried to buy the product and never received it. I've reached out to them several times and got nothing in return it's been over 2 months now or almost so I wanted to reach out to let people know about this!

      I paid $160 for a car tint product, charged the next day, and never received it. These guys are crooks and should be put in jail. I should have read the reviews first before placing an order.

      Made an order, it didn't update I reached our a few weeks later asking about an update and was told it would take at least another month. I asked for cancelation as I needed the product sooner. They continually ask why I want to cancel and get a refund, I tell them why then they say they are working with the appropriate department then stop updating me. When I ask again they start over with asking why I want a refund. It's just a cycle, and seeing how many people were defrauded by the reviews you can see that they are not a legitimate business. It doesn't allow me to upload here, but I can provide 20 emails.

      I ordered tent from this company and after the 14 days it said it takes to ship nothing has shipped *********** will not answer any emails requesting information and is proving to be nothing but a **** scam

      I bought InstaTint on March 27th, 2025. I have emailed them numerous times since Ive ordered the tint, waiting for at least a shipping confirmation. In may they refunded 25% of my order since it had been 2 months since I ordered the tint. Since then it has been radio silence from their end. Ive sent multiple emails about wanting to cancel my order and return my money.

      Pre cut window tint. Have requested update on shipping and delivery have gotten no correspondence.

      Ordered in may and allowed 4 weeks to ship. I reached out to them and they said it was in production and would be shipped soon and would let me know date. They never responded back Ive attempted to email several times asking for a refund with no response back.

      Order date 04/22, totaling $195.17.Ordered a full set of window tints. Only received an email confirmation and no shipping or tracking. Sent an email on 05/20 asking for an order status, I got a reply back stating that shipping would take 3-4 weeks. After waiting until 06/3, I sent another email asking of the same. Essentially, received the same reply back too (3-4 weeks shipping). I have been back and forth via email since, trying to get a refund.Each email that Ive gotten back, basically states, that theyre looking into it. It is now, 07/16 and over the course of almost 3 months, no progress. My last email that I sent before todays, has not been responded too.I just want my money.
