      11/19/2024 order ***** was confirmed by this company for a set of tints for my 2020 Acura TLX sedan. The total cost was $188.47. The companys policy stated a lifetime guarantee for the product. It took multiple weeks to arrive and when I went to install the product they were clearly faulty and did not remotely come close to fitting. I promptly sent a message indicating this and was met with a generic email response to provide documentation which I eventually did. I was offered a replacement set at no additional cost at which point I asked for a refund instead and was never responded to again. I subsequently reached out to multiple times and each time was responded to again with the same generic email response, indicating there is minimal human response to customer service issues.

      Order product from them 2 months ago And still havent received it they say its out for delivery but the **** tracking has said label created not in system for 2 months now And when asked for a refund they say they cant

      Placed an order for window tints on 12/27/2024. Was advertised that order would be shipped in 7 days. I emailed 4 times and each time someone would reply that my order has been manufactured and that they'll mail would be shipping the order within the week. We're now going on almost 2 months with the same excuse and still haven't been sent my order. I requested they refund my purchase and they ignored my request and replied again that they'll mail were going to be sending my order. This is an ongoing scam they have going on because once I googled some reviews they do this often

      I ordered this product on 12/29/24. I emailed about 4 weeks later on 1/21/25 to see where my order was at. I was told that it was just shipped and system was waiting for a tracking number. I emailed again on 1/29/25 about my order, I got no response. As of 2/1/25 I still have no response on where my order is or if they actually shipped it.

      I bought this product December 30 for ******. I have yet to receive a shipping date for the product and the company is not responding to my emails.

      They sent me the complete wrong product. After seeing it was wrong and in horrible condition. I emailed for a refund and to return there product. They request I unbox and take pictures to prove it didn't fit on the vehicle. I did what they asked and they responded they can't give a refund due the product being used. Now they will only offer a replacement, I really don't want there product after seeing how scratched it was do to poor packaging. I've asked for a refund several times and they refuse.

Initially, when the contact was advised to wait, the business has been ignoring the issue and is not even refunding the money.

      Just after Christmas 2024 I ordered a complete set of tints for my Acura, and was told there was a 2-3 week lead time to cut the product to spec. Its going on a month with no updates. I reached out numerous times to their email support and on Instagram, again, to no avail. No shipping info, updates, or anything. After reading similar stories on the BBB website, it appears many people have also had this issue. At this point I just want my money back. Terrible support, as in zero.

      Placed an order for tint for our car in October 2024, we were told in December they were back ordered. We were told again that our order was shipped, but never was shipped. We asked for full refund. We never received a response. Now our order number doesnt bring up our account

      Order number ***** I purchased my window tint on 12/30/2024 and also paid extra for shipping. I still have not received my product. I email them and I get the same exact answer. Keep checking your emails for a tracking number. I requested a refund because they say you can receive a refund up to 30 days, well they said unfortunately we will not be able to refund your money at this time.
