  Here are some snippets from emails that I received from BSG. This guy is truly an idiot.

  . So reading comprehension IS the problem here after all. Man have all the fun you want with your low integrity scumbag attempt to bend our business over a barrel. This was all easily avoidable by reading what you were purchasing years ago. But you’re incapable of taking responsibility, a man child who throws tantrums and plays the victim.
  You can’t cost anyone money, you have no power, either online or in your personal life honestly because you have so much time to devote to this. That indicates lack of friends, family, spouse, meaningful work, and hobbies. If your hobby is being a ****, everyone who is forced to associate you probably already knows it and talks about it behind your back. I want to let you in on a hilarious little tidbit too. We saw a surge in sales 2 days ago and I was trying to figure out what happened, the timing coincided with your bgg post. So in fact you’re actually making me money when you post. The handful of people who liked your post already hate us, so you’ve taught them nothing. They’re people just like you. But all of those normal people out there that can read between the lines of your ******** and popped onto our website and obviously bought. Some will turn into regular customers and so on and so on.. This is your actual impact, and I’m so amused at the fact that you’ll obviously lose sleep over it, since you have nothing but energy for ole’ Matt at BSG that told you that you’re too much of a scumbag to buy board games from us. Do like the other idiots do that insist on using our service after being banned, get a friend to proxy, then we both win. I don’t have to listen to your stupidity, I get your money, AND you can take advantage of our prices without having to deal with me. Or not, *****, its just the way you’re going about this is the dumbest way because you get NONE of what you want.

  This is the email I received from the business - and I'd be happy to provide the full email thread to anyone interested so you can see further emails from this business. This all began with my daughter asking for a refund as she believed the company was a scam because we received no shipping confirmation even after 10 days of our order:
  "...You sound like a real class act. You’re more than welcome to join those online reviews, most came from people as attentive to policy as your daughter and as ******* psychotic as you, and these are people we are more than happy to avoid. It's also mentioned in our policies that we strongly believe in the golden rule here at our busines and expect our customers to behave as such. I’m not taking abuse from you without giving it back, period. You’ve asked for it, you’ve earned it, as you obviously think and have taught your child that the proper way to compose yourself to strangers online is to behave like an entitled spoiled child. The thing you’ve failed to understand is that I don’t need to behave politely towards you. On the other hand if you haven’t repeatedly outed yourself as an *******, I’d have had no reason to treat you this way either. As stated, the order was in progress and from our end, our half of the bargain was being held up. You, your daughter, your dog, your dentist, I don’t give a **** who went through the process of putting the item in cart and checking out, they had an obligation as the customer to familiarize themselves with what they ordered. This was presented to you and you’ve essentially told me to go **** myself, so why would I ever, ever, care about making $3 off you when there are thousands of people who CAN align their expectations with our offerings. You’re not entitled to anything from me, least of all immunity from my colorful vocabulary and my enthusiasm to use it on entitled idiots."

  Absolute scam! They pretend like they have good prices and in-stock items but then turnaround and say they don't have it and won't give you a refund.

  Boarding School Game is using backorder items as in-stock items to bait customers to their site. Once a customer order the fake in-stock items. If anyone ask about this unlawful practice on their website, they would either become hostile and/or remove the customer comment without reasonable explanation. This needs to stop and the business needs to be held accountable. The people need to be aware and stop buying from them.

  Boarding School Game is using backorder items as in-stock items to bait customers to their site. Once a customer order the fake in-stock items, the order would take over 30 days to process and violate FTC 30-day rule. If anyone ask about this unlawful practice on their website, they would either become hostile and/or remove the customer comment without reasonable explanation.
