      I contacted Massage Chair Planted in regards to their 110% price guarantee. The chair they had listed was the Osaki Pro OS-4D Paragon Massage chair for $6999. That chair was on sale for $2999 at other legitimate retailers. The sales person verified it and said he would get back to me in regards to the price adjustment. They pulled the chair off of the website and never contacted me. I called them and the sales person told me they discontinued the chair and could no longer get the chair. So I called Osaki and they told me that they had the chair in stock and was still sending them out to retailers. Obviously, they did not want to honor the 110% price guarantee. What other reason could they possibly have for not calling me back like they said they would.
      The reason I wrote this review was to warn others that this company Plays games!

      I understand that Osaki said that they have it in stock and that they are still shipping this model out to their retailers.  However, the model is being discontinued and they are offering it at this low price to sell through the stock that they have.  Osaki has what they call MAP pricing which stands for Minimum Advertised Price.  They tell us retailers what price we have to show it at on our website or we can be in violation of breaking their MAP policy and risk losing their line.  They can advertise whatever price they want to on their website because they are the manufacturer.  So if anyone is playing a game it is Osaki.  Our 110% Price Match Guarantee does mention that we will not match a competitor’s price if it’s a discontinued product, which this is:
