    If I can leave less then one star for sure I will do that. Initially I just wanted to purchase the plan for $18.99 for 3 months and I ended up paying an additional $49.99 for something that I didn't even notice. it has been 3 days that I try to contact them but is like a mission impossible, they keep sending automated emails that they can't locate my email and the phone nr doesn't even exits. now i just want the refund 100% because i don't want to deal with sneaky companies that this one. I filed a complain with paypal and now Harna doesn't want even to refund me. Probably next week I will contact Consumer Protection and open a claim

    Leaving one star cause I don’t have the option to put 0. Disappointed! this app is very misleading- I agreed to a 9.99 4 week plan and as I was prompted to move forward through the set up it charged me an additional 49.99 - not sure what that charge is for!!! I immediately cancelled my subscription to avoid any other charges. I panicked and tried looking for a number to call and what do you know… conveniently there is no customer service line lol. I sent two requests to their online support page and still have not heard back from anyone. Be ware of this company - they will rob you!!! I should’ve known - better off just doing workouts through YouTube -
    The only number I found is 888 number when I dialed the number it goes to a fast busy signal.
    Really hoping someone contacts me back for a refund.

    I could leave less than zero stars, I most certainly would. This company is a complete fraud. I should have checked the Better Business Bureau before ever making even a free trial decision. I thought I was getting a free trial to cancel after a week and before I knew it I was immediately charged $9.99 followed by $49.99 of which I have no idea why. I am angry. I am frustrated. I did not have $60 in my debit card to spend and they fraudulently took my money. When you try to call the phone number it says it is not a working phone number. I have sent multiple emails and I want my money back. This is a terrible scam of a company. I emailed support immediately and it says they will respond within two hours.. I cancelled the plan immediately but they have not refunded or contacted me. This is a shady way of doing business. They make it impossible to do business with in an appropriate way. They are stealing my money and many other others.

    3 days ago I bought a 4 weeks training plan from Harna fit. I’m a EU resident and live in Spain. I was charged 12,09 euro and after i was instantly charged 49,99 euro more for what I even didn’t know.
    According to the refund policy of HARNA: “ Note for the EU residents: If you are an EU user, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a contract, without giving any reason, and without incurring any costs.”
    Today is the 3rd day I’m writing letters to the support team through the form on their website, i’m sending letters to their email and still no reply.
    The purchase was made on 13 of August 2025, my user ID: 4657608.
    I strongly request a refund of my 49,99 euro as I have a right to receive them back.

    If I could leave less than a star, I would. On Aug. 10, 2025, I signed up for "Asian Pilates" and chose the $9.99 a month plan. I was then charged $9.99 and plus another $49.99 for a meal plan that I never wanted. Then, they wanted me to pay for the "harna" app, which comes to another $39.99 for 3 months. There is no "Asian Pilates."
    I never used any of the services or app. I had to go to the Harna site to cancel my subscription. It's such a ripoff. I have asked for a refund. Hopefully, this will end my relationship with Harna or Amo Apps. Stay away from them.

    You give your payment info and purchase the basic plan. You get a pop up asking if you want to add on services. There is no way to close out or get rid of the pop up. The next thing I know I get an alert saying I was charged 49.99 for add on services. I emailed support immediately and it says they will respond within two hours. They didn’t, although I kept getting welcome emails. I emailed again after two hours. Still no response. It has been 18 hours and still nothing. I cancelled the extra plan immediately but they have not refunded or contacted me. This is a shady way of doing business. They make it impossible to just purchase the basic.

    Do not sign up this is a scam. I signed up for a 12 week plan for $20US and was charged twice and then charged $49.99 for a meal plan i did not sign up for. I was overcharged $69.99. I have sent multiple emails with recipients showing what I was charged for. I have had no response. I am now worried they will charge my account again even though I have cancelled my subscription. Stay away from these scammers.

    Can I leave less than one star?? I signed up for this app because it said it had "Asian Pilates" on it. Turns out there is no such thing and their app just offers regular pilates. I requested a refund within 24 hours for my $9.99 and they refuse to refund. They keep emailing me that they have to stay within "the law" which is obviously ridiculous considering the US has no laws about refund policies. They simply don't want to do it. Good lord, this company has a lot to learn about customer service. Maybe they are so hesitant to refund because SO many people are asking for refunds....I wonder why..
