1 starCan I leave less than one star?? I signed up for this app because it said it had "Asian Pilates" on it. Turns out there is no such thing and their app just offers regular pilates. I requested a refund within 24 hours for my $9.99 and they refuse to refund. They keep emailing me that they have to stay within "the law" which is obviously ridiculous considering the US has no laws about refund policies. They simply don't want to do it. Good lord, this company has a lot to learn about customer service. Maybe they are so hesitant to refund because SO many people are asking for refunds....I wonder why..HARNA

1 starA cautionary tale: Buyer beware. I signed up and decided it was not for me. I cancelled within the thirty days. I cancelled with Apple, which is what they prompted me to do. I received an email saying I had successfully cancelled. Thinking it was a done deal, I foolishly deleted the email. Then I saw on PayPal that they had renewed my subscription. When I emailed them to find out why, they said they never received my cancellation notice. And unfortunately, I had no proof. A series of emails ensued giving me information I did not see when I signed up. In order to get a refund, they require that you video yourself doing the exercises for at least two weeks. I am not sure this is legal, but I am in the process of finding out. My advice is to read every single word on their site before signing up. But the information may not come up until you have signed up. Beware. There must be a good reason why they are based in Greece. Stay away from them. Go for a walk. It's more enjoyable and cheaper.HARNA

1 starOn April 18, 2025 I signed up for the one month promotion for just the workouts. The whole signup process was very misleading and at the end i was charged an extra $50 for coaching. I never authorized this payment or an extra services. It was a completely different transaction on my account. I immediately contacted costumer service and theh refused to refund the charge because it does not align with their refund policy. They claim they value transparency and clear communication but the whole process proved that to be a completely different transaction lie.HARNA

1 starVery deceptive business practices. Do NOT use this service! I paid for the first 3 months at a reduced rate but was not told when it would or that it would renew. When I checked my account on the app there was nothing that showed it would renew or that I could access or contact them to cancel anything. It just didn't appear. When I clicked on the help button there was nothing there. It wasn't until after they posted the renewed charge that the app suddenly showed all their contact information. I had to get their contact information from my bank. I see others have had the same problem. They are refusing to refund standing behind a refund policybthat is bate and switch policy. Do yourself a favor and move along, save yourself the frustration.HARNA

1 starThis company is a scam! Do Not use their app or sign up for a week trail! They charged me $49.99 for meal coaching I never wanted and 10.99 for week trial. Then want to keep billing you on your their bogus subscription. Their website is not user friendly and they make it nearly impossible to cancel. They will Not refund my money and only communicate thru email. I have reported them to my bank and credit card and will stop payment. Please learn from my mistake. I immediately tried to contact them to get that piece canceled and they would not cancel it. I never even used it. It took me a while to find out how to contact them as the number was disconnected. I finally emailed them in the next day. they contacted me and would not refund the money.HARNA

During the sign up their app froze and then all of the sudden cancelled my free trial, added a a package that I clearly said I didn't want and then charged me over $30. And now they are refusing me a refund. Their app malfunctioned and charged me without my consent and they are refusing to refund me. It's completely unacceptable.HARNA
