1 starBased on our experience, we strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Anderson is clearly unprepared to handle specialized business needs and does not deliver the professional service they promise.
We signed up for Registered Agent services with Anderson to support our business expansion across multiple states—primarily to enroll in healthcare insurance programs and offer behavioral and mental health services. Initially, things went smoothly: they helped us in obtaining business addresses and certificates in several states.
Problems began when we tried to file in NY and PA. Although we had already paid for the service, Anderson recommended that we just change our business name on the forms— a solution that clearly showed a lack of understanding of the requirements in our field. Healthcare insurances require the business name on tax and state filings to exactly match the business certificate. Making such a change would have defeated the entire purpose of hiring a registered agent.
Trying to make sense of the situation, we did our own research and suggested filing for a DBA as a solution. Anderson started questioning the legality of our entire business structure. This left us completely confused—how could there suddenly be legal concerns when they had already helped us register in multiple states? Why was this only becoming an issue now? It made no sense.
To make matters worse, Anderson referred us to another legal entity for documents they claimed were needed. When we chose not to renew our Platinum membership due to ongoing issues, they stopped assisting us —despite us having already paid in full for foreign filing. Months later, nothing has been resolved, and communication has been poor, with our contact consistently unavailable. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.Anderson Business Advisors, LLC

Anderson Business Advisors specializes in asset protection, tax planning, and estate planning, providing business structuring and compliance support such as registered agent services and state-level filings. While we assist with procedural filings, we do not provide legal representation for state-specific healthcare regulations, and we are always transparent about the scope of our services.
In your case, we assisted with foreign filings for your LLC based on the structure and information initially provided. As your engagement with our attorney team progressed and the nature of your business became clearer—specifically the offering of behavioral and mental health services in multiple states—we identified that your operations may fall under the Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) doctrine in many states. CPOM laws restrict non-licensed individuals and general business entities from owning or controlling medical practices, and noncompliance may expose your organization to serious legal and regulatory risks.
When we recognized that your business model might require specific professional structuring and licensure, we recommended consulting with local healthcare regulatory counsel. This was not to complicate your expansion, but to help protect your organization from operating out of compliance with state law.
We also understand that your objective was to meet specific insurance enrollment requirements. However, it’s important to recognize that compliance with insurance carrier standards does not equate to legal authorization to provide healthcare services in a given state. In fact, most insurers assume that the business is already properly structured and licensed under state law before credentialing occurs.
We never claimed that foreign registration alone conferred legal operating status. In fact, our team made substantial efforts to explain that registration is not equivalent to legal authority to provide healthcare services, which often requires formation of professional entities, licensure of all providers, and adherence to state-specific healthcare laws.
We understand that this may have been unexpected, especially after prior filings were completed. However, our responsibility is to help clients avoid unintended exposure—not just to process forms. That is not a reflection on your intent, but a demonstration of our commitment to compliance, risk mitigation, and long-term client success.

3 starsI had a very disappointing experience with Anderson Business Advisors. During my initial consultation with Al *******, I told him that one of the main reasons that I was considering switching CPA firms and evaluating Anderson was because my current CPA was not responsive. I signed up and paid $2,000 for the Tax Saver Pro and was told that it would take about a week to get the results from evaluating my current tax situation. I waited for over a month and I reached out to Anderson to get the results from my consolation. They completely dropped the ball and I don't know how long it would have been if I had not reached out to them to see the status of my consult. This is exactly the kind of service that I had with my current CPA and I want some one who will follow up without me having to reach out to them.
When I initially reached out to Al, I informed him that I had a specific type of trust and was Anderson familiar with this type of trust, He informed me that he had heard of this type of trust. When I was talking to the person at Anderson about my tax situation, he informed me that he was not familiar with my type of trust.
When I had my consultation with Al after a month of waiting and me reaching out to initiate the meeting, I found that the recommendations were very generic and not specific to my tax situation. There was no direct comparison to my current to the new tax plan.
I reached out to Al a few days later and informed him that I was not pleased with the service or the suggestions that they provided to me. I requested the $2,000 back to me and they declined because they claimed that they could save me double of the $2,000 consultation fee. I told him that a business relationship needs to be based on trust and I felt that the trust was breached when they dropped the ball when they did not follow up.
Al did extend to me that they would provide me a credit if I would sign up for their $3,500 program. I declined using the credit because I was not satisfied.Anderson Business Advisors, LLC

Kambria ******* at Anderson Business Advisors reached out to me on 8/13/24 and offered to refund the $2,000 consultation fee back to me. I accepted her offer and the $2,000 refund was processed on 8/13/24.
I am satisfied with the outcome from receiving back the $2,000.

5 starsMy husband and I had a very successful meeting with an ALG strategist today. Shaena was informative , helpful, and offered us insight on how to utilize the services from our Platinum membership more fully. Our experience has been excellent through the years and we have been with ALG since 2011. We have never been disappointed with the attention and service of any employee or consultant we have had the pleasure to work with. We were looking for guidance and answers and were offered more than expected. Her knowledge of the different areas of financial concerns we were looking to resolve was again another solution.
