            I had my car painted and someone stole a container of coins totaling $30.00. Arrie, didn't help me, so I told him to keep the coins for tip. I recently, brought my car back to have a touch up repair but he refused to do it because he said I lied about the stolen coins. He told me never to bring my car back to him. He told me I was crazy and a liar and kept yelling at me until I left his facility. He is awful and not a good business person. Don't bring your car to him.

            We have painted this lady's vehicle several months back. Toyota RAV4 and looked amazing. Upon picking it up we had several other customer in our office, she started profanity by saying somebody stole her coins! We checked the camera in our facility and nobody touch anything inside her vehicle. She picked up her vehicle and left. She returned a few months later and complained someone in the parking lot scratched her vehicle and she wanted to repaint that area, we informed her because of her behavior and foul language, we no longer wish to help her, at this time she said "you're an ****** and ****** * we ask her to leave our property I don't believe no businesses deserve this sort of abuse.

            No, his comment is untrue.. The abuse is from Arie. I already had a quote for him to fix my car and my car was already at his shop. I called him to find out when my car was going to ready to pick up but when he found out about MY CLAIM ON the stolen coins, he started yelling at me to pick up my car because I was a liar about the stolen coins. He is very rude and poor business person. This was an insurance claim. The foul language came from him. I regret doing business with him from the beginning. I am going to report him to the insurance company about his business and refusing to,repair my car. and fortunately, I found a reputable body shop to do the repairs. Others must be aware of his business attitude.

            I welcome her reporting us to an insurance company. Please do!!! Also this lady is a liar, we have here on our camara acting the way we described in our previous respond. She lied and challenge our integrity we have been in business over 30 years and have never been accused of stealing $30 in coins! Indeed I'm calling her a liar and challenge her on her abusive language and statement slandering us in front of a client. Any further contact from her and accusing us of stealing is slander per se, And will be met with the court action.

            I told him that the $30 stolen coins can be used towards tip. He's the one that is obsess about the stolen coins not me or I won't have brought my car back to him. All I wanted was my car repaired as an insurance claim but he refused to fix it. Yes, I will report him to my insurance company. Any further actions by him, is really done by this own obsession. I found another body that is doing the repair.
