    On Friday (3/15) from my flight from *** to *** our luggage (bag tag: *********) never was received. After talking to a RUDE Allegiant representative I was told I would hear back within 24hrs regarding my baggage, and that she "took care" of everything to report it missing, and I did not need to do anything further. She was extremely rude, no customer service skills unapologetic and informed me its not her job to locate missing baggage. After waiting 24 hrs I never heard back, so I called customer service per the instructions on ******************** website. After waiting almost a hour to speak to someone. They informed me a claim was never submitted that my baggage was missing, and they don't handle baggage claims I would need to contact another number that doesn't open until 11am PT. The rep said she would submit a claim on my behalf but there's nothing that can be done and I will need to fill out another form for missing items, and someone would contact me Monday (3/18) which I never was contacted.Today is now Tuesday (3/19), I just want my baggage, as a customer who already paid EXTRA money for a checked bag on a one way flight this NEVER should have happened. Its been now 5 days and I have not heard ANYTHING about my baggage, I did share that I would be reporting this to BBB, and will be seeking reimbursement and expectation that the bag is found and returned to me. It is extremely inconvenient to not receive your items, not to mention having to repurchase items that are now missing, and finding out that certain items will not be replaced due to airline policy. This has been the worse experience and the representatives have been far from helpful - everyone wants to pass me to someone else and not take this seriously. I will NEVER recommend anyone to ever travel with baggage with this airline.

    I attempted to purchase a flight and was offered a hotel bundle alongside it. The bundle appeared to be a good deal. It stated clearly that the price included taxes and fees up until the final payment page. However, upon completing the payment, I received an email confirmation stating that resort taxes would be charged on top of the payment upon arrival. I have never encountered such a tax before and could not have anticipated its existence, especially since it was not mentioned during the booking process. I even have screenshots proving that taxes and fees were included in the price. I reached out to Allegiantair to request a refund of the $150 payment for hotel only, but their response was incredibly rude and dismissive. They stated that the resort fees were mentioned on the payment page and refused to refund me. Despite my efforts to appeal the decision, and the screenshots clearly showing that paid price is total price inclusive of all the fees, subsequent communications from the company indicated that the case was closed. This lack of transparency and unhelpful customer service is just disgusting.
