This company has bad customers service for the consumer or customer, They have taken my money for service not completed. I ask to speak with a supervisor or owner and didn't receive the call back to discuss the matter. They charged me 1801.00 dollars for Air conditioner service and my air compressor did not work, my house is 99 degrees inside my home. I'm a disabled veteran that has a heart issue. The Right Guys Heating and Plumbing in Las Vegas N.V is negligence of false diagnosis for repairs on my AC Unit. Dragging there feet to get my repair job done. And over charging me. 2071.00 dollars.

We received this work order from ***** Home Warranty. Our technician's initial diagnosis was that the HVAC system was low on refrigerant and needed a pressurized leak test. We scheduled our tech to return and found that the compressor was burnt out and needed to be replaced, which we reported to the warranty company, stating it needed replacement. They reviewed the customer contract and partially covered the compressor replacement. Once the customer approved the partial non-covered charges, the parts department ordered the compressor locally.

When it was ready for pickup, we scheduled the compressor installation. After the install, our tech noticed an unrepairable restriction. Which was not detectable since there was a leak and compressor was not operating properly, we quickly escalated the issue to the warranty company, reporting that replacing the entire package unit was the only option. While the warranty company reviewed our report and searched for the equipment, the customer requested a callback from a manager or supervisor, which we attempted, but were unsuccessful. We can provide proof of our callback attempts if needed.

Once the package unit was ready for pickup, we scheduled the install appointment for tomorrow afternoon between 2-4 pm on 07/18/2024. As mentioned, this is the home warranty's customer, and we are a vendor for the warranty. We have followed the instructions given to us by the warranty company, as they authorized us to do the work.

On Oct. 5th of 2023 my hot water heater went out. The Right Guys, Wrong Guys were contacted by my home warrantee company for service. A day, or two later, Johnathan from the Right Guys company came to assess the situation. Johnathan determined that the heater had a bad igniter, and that due to the age of the heater and the hard water in Las Vegas that the heater in total should be replaced. Johnathan relayed this info to his company so that I could hear what was said. After he finished speaking to his office, I was advised that that office would contact me in a day, or two. Four days later i heard nothing from the Right Guys, so I called to find out what was going on. Thier office worker/manager told me that they were waiting on my warrantee company to approve the repair. I then contacted the warrantee company and was told that the Right Guys had not yet submitted an order for the work to be done. Again, when I contacted the Right Guys, I got the runaround, and was told that the part needed to be ordered. After waiting a week for the part, the tech came back to my house to learn that his office ordered the wrong part for the heater. Taking cold showers is no fun! I had so many problems with the Right Guys/Wrong Guys, that after 20+ days, my warrantee company decided to send me a check for the heater and to hire someone myself. For the reasons stated above, I'd never have anything to do with that company and advise all humans to stay clear. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

We received a work order from the home warranty after hours on 10/05/2023 and scheduled it for the next day when we opened. Our technicians diagnosed the issue as follows: "A 50-gallon natural gas water heater located in the garage had a pilot light that was out. We relit the pilot, but it blinked twice, indicating a pilot light failure. We recommend replacing the pilot light assembly." We submitted the report to the warranty and requested the necessary parts. The model and serial number were provided to the home warranty as a reference to order the correct part.
A few days later, the parts arrived and we scheduled a return appointment immediately. However, upon inspection, our technician noticed that the part was incorrect. We informed the warranty and requested authorization to find the correct part locally, in order to avoid further delay for the customer. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate the part locally. We informed the warranty about this and they asked us to submit a report for a water heater replacement.
Once we received authorization, we contacted the customer to schedule the installation. However, the customer informed us that they no longer needed our service.
