Im careful when calling a company a scam.Do NOT use Credit Glory by all means. You can see 200 other reviews of receiving 0 service for hundreds if not thousands of dollars that you pay to this company. Heres my experience. I wont be surprised if the *** goes after this company soon.I had 1 - $120 collection and 2 credit card late payments that they stated would be removed from my credit report.I called months after paying over $500 to the company because of no changes to my credit. 1. They stated they removed closed credit card accounts from my report. I checked on the spot with all 3 beauro reports - A complete lie. 2. They stated they were in the process of removing the late payments + collections and all necessary forms have been submitted by their team. I then called all 3 beauros and was told theyve received no disputes from any 3rd party organizations. 3. They told me my credit raised 10 points since I started working with them. - Theres been 0 improvements to my credit. - They then back tracked and said the changes in my credit can only be seen by them on their website or through ***********. 4. I requested an immediate cancellation of my account and monthly payments. I asked for email proof. - they said itll take ************************************ a cancellation email. Ive received no cancellation email proof, its been 24 hours.5. I requested to speak with a manager, no manager available. I asked to speak with the team in charge of refunds, - no one was available. I was told theyll call me back in 2 hours. No phone call.Ive then called 3 more times, every time. No one is available. Ill be disputing all charges and having an attorney contact their team. - bad service is one thing. Taking peoples money and lying about the status of the work paid for is scamming.Business Response

This business promised me to dispute multiple categories of error from my credit report for $378 on Jan. 21, 2024. However they failed to do anything at all and recently ended up stealing $99 additional on Feb. 21, 2024 without my permission or acknowledgment. I am looking to demand all $477 back from credit glory asap. I purchased a subscription with Credit Glory on September 4, 2023 10:28 AM EDT. After a few months of this subscription, i have noticed no change with any collections on my credit account, they are still charging me $99 every month. I want to cancel my subscription, but every time i call the number to cancel, I am on hold for hours at a time. I have called multiple times with no answer from credit glory. This is unacceptable. They will aak for your debit card for a 1 dollar fee to assess your credit reports, which is how they get your card in file.They go through there whole speel of how to restore your credit fir 278 ..i told them i need to talk to my wife and i would call them back ..they kept a card on file from original 1 fee and sent over e signed documents stating that it was just to lock in a rate ..i told them i dont want anything charged you try to call them back and you will be on hold forever ..1 week later 278 was pulled from my account ..have been trying to dispute for a week now, but no one is available ..they do not give out call back number for refund line . So when you call back you go through same long wait and then someone picks up to transfer you to refund process, where again nobody is available..278 dollars wont change my life, but man you got to wonder who would go to work for a company that just scams people on the daily ..good griefBusiness Response

September 2023 I called my credit card company to make a settlement and was routed to Credit Glory who lied to me stating it was guaranteed 90 days or money back.They notify everyone of issues to get debt reduced. I paid $500.00 for nothing. I provided them wirh information from Kredit Karma for free. I wanted to cancle for my refund. They said it was not gaureented, they told me then, they only notify a couple debt company at a time. They tried to keep me paying $100 more for another month or 2. They would not refund my money. I am rejecting this response because:As you can see, I was told I had to pay The $278.00 along with the ************ at the initial phone call on 9/13, not after initial work was completed. Which is stated on thier contract. I supplied account discrepancies to them and still no results to this day. I never received any communication or confirmation of any changes to my credit file.

A man who answered my call to portfolio recovery scammed me into believing portfolio recovery has other programs and scammed me into paying $300 for something that portfolio recovery. I discovered this and reported it to my bank, credit karma and now I have the real name of the man who did this to me his name is ****** who works for Credit Glory.Business Response

I was tricked into believing a man who represents portfolio recovery claimed to work for them name ****** and tricked me into this. Never once was there a mention of credit glory only portfolio recovery. When I tried calling credit glory the man who answered and laughed at me for calling the wrong number and bought a product cause I didn't know what inwas doing and hung up on me. yesterday I was speaking to ******* I think his name is and we were talking about the information about disputing. My heart inquiries my card was not working so I had said okay never mind. Will you be able to call me back tomorrow which is today February 23 around 2 PM he said yes thatll be fine I dont get a phone call nothing this morning maybe around eight or nine I get a notification from my bank, saying that $799 was taken, that *** was supposed to call me back because I never authorized that information. I I called the people just may be an hour ago. Somebody got back to me was the manager I told him I wanted to speak to the manager they relating me a message from what the manager said which Im confused that this is bad for business so theyre telling me theyre gonna listen to my phone call recording with the guy from last night and they can give me a call Monday to see if I can get my refund back because I guess in the contract contract that I dont even have in my email Im trying to look back in my email and see where the contract is at. Its only says thank you I cant read the contract so Im confused on how theyre telling me that I signed the contract so theyre gonna automatically take the money out but I cant see that so no and then not on top of that. I never told that guy whether its on the contract or not. I never told him that he can try again without my authorization I had said , can you call me back u today so we can finish it and talking more about this information because I wasnt sure on doing this process. I called Transunion to dispute two inquiries from someone stealing my identity and the person **** that I spoke to said it would cost me $79 per dispute, then sent me a link for Credit Glory!I was upset when I called to speak to the Representative and he convinced me to enroll in Credit Glory and I dont want to be enrolled.Also, Experian did not charge me to remove the two inquiries that someone had requested from fraud and identity theft. I called and spoke with one of their representatives ( ******) and she informed me that she would refund me for the $158.00. I feel this company is not professional because they use trickery to get their customers.
I still have not heard anything from them or my refund in the amount of $158.00.

I have tried to get this company to give me back my 274 dollars they didn't do anything I canceled them they won't give me a reason why I can't give me my money back I asked for there first and last name I asked if I could dispute it they wouldn't apply with the information I needed they kept sending me to other people I couldn't get a address from them .the contract says I can get my money back but they didn't get me it I'm still fighting for.
