      Credit glory told me they would pay off my debt through ************************* then sent me a tenant letter stating that they disputed the charge in the phone call. The stated they were going to pay off the $278. Come to find out this is happened to a lot of other people, just wanted to make it known they need to be stopped. They are scamming people. I am joining the Navy and Im trying to pay off my debt and its unfortunate that it went this way

      I was told that I was paying the 278 dollars instead of paying the 572 I owed. I made it known to the representative that that was my goal and told her the budget I had. She said she was able to settle it for 278 dollars on the phone call, at no point did she explain I was buying a service that I could do myself for free.

      I googled the number for a debt collector to set up payment arrangement for my account. I clicked the number and spoke with a woman from the debt collector. She advised me she needed to look at my credit report and see how to handle the account balance. She looked at my reports and said she needed to send the charge for a dispute for multiple reasons. She said i would need to pay the dispute charge of $378 and then I would receive a letter in my email in ***** hours dissolving the charge through Credit Glory. After getting off the phone with the woman named ****** Royal something didnt sit correctly. I googled again the debt collectors number and a different number popped up. I called and spoke with a legit woman who said that the Credit Glory was in fact a scam. I had to cancel my bank card and dispute the charge!

      On July 18th, I called a number I found on ****** for what I thought was my creditor. Instead of allowing me to pay my debt, they wanted me to dispute it. I paid them $328 for a dispute fee and have not heard back until yesterday. They attempted to take another $99 dollars, but did not have the funds in my account at the time. I just want my money refunded so I can pay my debt

      Company failed to provide services they promised and attempted to collect funds from me and made claims of not being able to access my account. They also caused a security concern by putting my user name and password in an email to me stating that there was an issue with logging into a site located through their online portal.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Although their attempts were made, I had to do the work they promised me they would do, which caused issues from the start. I got items removed by disputing them on my own within weeks, while they kept requesting me to contact their affiliates to fix an issue they were having. I should not have to fix their issues for me to be a satisfied customer. That is not what I signed up for, nor does the contract state that.

      I signed a contract with credit glory LLC on July 29th 2024 at 8:38 p.m. I paid $515 they told me that they were going to lower my credit I was iffy about it but they reassured me that my credit would be lowered I just want my money back on the contract it says that you can cancel it anytime I literally hung up the phone call them back and told them that I wanted my money back that I didn't want to go through with it and they told me now and I have not heard from them since and I'm getting letters in the mail from transunion and from Experian saying that they aren't even authorized to do this so I want my money back.

      I contact credit glory, to try to help me fix my credit score after I found out I have a collection that was wrong, I spoke on the phone with them and they said they can help me with that, for the fee of $378, a few weeks after I got a mail from all 3 bureau that Im the only one who can dispute and they will not dispute any collection from someone else but me, I called all 3 bureau to dispute and found out that they didnt even try to dispute on all 3 bureaus.I also paid for cleaning hard inquiry that they did.Im asking for the money that was taken for the collection that I fixed!!.

      Credit Glory deceptively posed as *************** a *********************** The representative I spoke to on July 11th 2024, who claims to be ********, confirmed that she was with *************** I clearly stated my intent to pay my debt and that I wanted no other service. She never verbally informed me that they are not a ****************** She deceived me into a contract I assumed was related to paying my Debt. I specifically stated I did not want any subscriptions. She also told me there would be no other charges. I believe the company is now further deceiving me as they investigate and will not cancel the service. There are similar numerous reports online. They are taking advantage of people in debt.

      If I was falsely marketed say what they would only dispute open account for lbnb funding. They continue to send out dispute letters to all All creditors based upon a service that is a month behind and the accounts were already closed. I was assured that I would see the documentation what was done. I requested Said documentation three times. I was given three different stories. The first time I was told I was receive the documentation via email. The second time they were going to have an account manager call me. The third time I called and just requested a refund since the services were not completed And for the simple fact that I had been lied to multiple times by multiple of their agents. The final representative I talked to today on August 12th and told me that she wasn't sure why anybody told me anything if they did because it was all false. Yet she was unable to provide me a refund. Even though she admit that I was lied to multiple times.
