This company is a complete scam! I called and was told that no one has applied for a particular house. So I applied and paid the $100 application fee and also applied with their required service dog screening site. And while I was waiting to get approved for our service dog through the screening site, I get an email stating they are going with another applicate and I am unable to get the application fee back because they already started processing my application. So I am out $100, and a house even though we were the first applicates, and I'm pretty sure it was because they didn't want my service dog. Do not go with this company!!

Hello *****, Thank you for sharing your feedback. At our office, we prioritize transparency and fairness in our rental application process. We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis and promptly refund application fees if another application is approved before we process yours. Throughout the screening process, we maintain open communication and provide clear guidelines on our website regarding our application criteria. While we're happy to disclose the availability of properties, we maintain confidentiality regarding the status of pending applications to uphold privacy for all applicants. We apologize for any confusion and would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly. Please feel free to reach out to me. Thank you, ********************************/Owner, Bobcat Property Management

Bobcat Property Management in ** appears to be operating a scam to collect as many application fees for properties as possible. I was attempting to rent a property from them and they refuse to tell me if they have applications in process on the property in an effort to get me to pay the application fee. They claim it's their "policy" to not disclose that information. Why would somebody apply if there was a long wait list? I can only imagine the thousands of dollars they're collecting on each listing. I would suggest somebody investigate this practice. I no longer have the desire to conduct business with a company perpetuating such a disreputable practice.
