    On Jan 18th Me and two other people filled out a application for a resident to rent. On the 19th the realty company had stated they cannot run the application cause insufficient information. We were still trying to fill out the correct info we needed. The realty co took out the $50.00 each for application fee. They stated on the application that if they found a tenant they would refund the $50.00 each. On the 20th they sent an email saying they have found a tenant and the property was no longer available. They also stated they would not refund the $50.00 each cause they started the process. I feel they knew they had a tenant and just went against their statement of refunding the fee. I feel we have been unjustly charged and would like my fee back. We have screenshots of they stated reimbursement of the application fee as stated on their application. Tried to call and got no response. If someone can look into this business to make sure they are not just taking fees with no intention of reimbursing the fee as stated in the application. I would like my $50.00 back as I feel I have been unjustly charged. Thank you. *********** ********
