      They advertised the resort its a kid environment alott of kids if youre looking for an adult get away this is not the place its for kids during spring break waiste of money no microwave restaurants close at 11 why have a resort if the food dont stay open all night but the casino does worst place charge and extra fee at check out my fee was $50 and they charge older peoples $75 SCAM ?? scam one restaurant served us raw **************** in the kitchen cooking the food fast ******* said what I said everything I am saying is true my last day is tomorrow I dont recommend you hear people in the hallways at 6in the morning breakfast dont open until 7 terrible

      On the night stay 3/09 emergency alarms went off at 3:00Am for about 10mins loud to where everyone was coming out to look at what was going on. It was repeating this is an emergency in English and Spanish. Didnt feel very safe waking up from dead sleep to that.. I asked front desk in the morning what happened and they just replied we dont know no apologies or remorse Then we decided to stay another night to get some more rest. Had to change rooms which was fine for last min booking for 3/10 but we had to switch are room 3 times because they kept giving us rooms that werent cleaned yet. There was dead flies everywhere crumbs on floor on bed table and drawers. We took pictures and videos so we could show front desk but they replied, we dont need to see that! So we settle for room that was half way cleaned. Weve stayed here plenty of times never any issues like this before. I would like to be accommodated for these to horrible experiences on this stay here @ the inn of the mountains of god. Ive never experienced this issue. As we always stay here when we are in ******* which is often because we are from **********.
