            I paid for the renewal of my Medical Cannabis Card and for the renewal of my PPL card in January. I gave them my debit card information and they charged the fees. I had my televisit in January. They said that they would send out the paperwork as soon as possible since my card expired at the end of February. I did not receive any paperwork until a month later and I then sent it to the DOH. The first week of March I received my application back from the DOH because the medical provider did not sign it. I tried to remedy this situation with the assistants that answer the phone. One lady then said that she would bring me the signed paperwork to my home but when she arrived, again it was more excuses and she did not bring it with her. I have tried to get a refund and she stated she would send one to me and has yet to do so. I had to make another appointment with a different doctor. I have called and left messages for Mr. A**** but no return call or response to my messages left with his asst
