I paid for the renewal of my Medical Cannabis Card and for the renewal of my PPL card in January. I gave them my debit card information and they charged the fees. I had my televisit in January. They said that they would send out the paperwork as soon as possible since my card expired at the end of February. I did not receive any paperwork until a month later and I then sent it to the DOH. The first week of March I received my application back from the DOH because the medical provider did not sign it. I tried to remedy this situation with the assistants that answer the phone. One lady then said that she would bring me the signed paperwork to my home but when she arrived, again it was more excuses and she did not bring it with her. I have tried to get a refund and she stated she would send one to me and has yet to do so. I had to make another appointment with a different doctor. I have called and left messages for Mr. A**** but no return call or response to my messages left with his asstBusiness response

We have contacted this customer several times trying to rectify this situation. We have explained that mishaps happen and provided every opportunity to rectify the error. We did provide the service, and when could not reach an agreement provided a 125% refund to the customer. The customer has uploaded the image of the refund and letter of apology. I am rejecting this response because: though she has sent a picture of the "apology letter" and alleged refund I have not received anything from them. I have tried to contact Allen A****, himself, and left messages but the assistant refuses to let me speak to him personally, since he is the provider that is responsible for signing the application. Also as I stated in the text message sent to the assistant regarding the alleged Cash refund, it has not been received, she claims she used her personal money to refund it (which makes me wonder why she is supposedly offering her own person money and not a refund through the business, and why if at all she would have sent cash. No refund or letter has been received, the only reason I have a picture of the alleged letter and refund is because she sent me a picture. I would like a refund that is due me since services were not rendered in the form a money order or check which contains a receipt and to be sent by priority or certified mail as to have a way to track the item.

Hello,
the customer has been reached and a refund provided. There was miscommunication leading to this, which again has been satisfactorily rectified.
