      After my vehicle was involved in a one vehicle accident, I filed a claim with my insurance. The shop we attempted to have it sent to was overbooked so insurance recommended sandia collision for repairs. Since having the vehicle sent there we have received fulfillment dates that have not been met as well as extensions to the repair time. Original completion date was February, 9th 2025 and today March 14th 2025 we have not received the car in working condition. Rental cars and compensation had not been provided and when they eventually were after hassling with shop to cover the cost, the shop began stating that they wouldn't cover the cost because the car is drivable in its current condition and just needs some lights to be turned off.

      I was in a car accident where I was rear ended. ***** insurance recommended going to sandia collision for repairs. Initially the process was delayed. They said the first bumper they ordered was damaged, so they were waiting on another one. On June 12, 2023 I paid 655 on my card, and the insurance paid the rest. They said the repairs were finally done. A couple days later my bumper begins to fall off. I realized it was my same original bumper. They had not replaced anything. Instead the old bumper was glued back and stapled together. I took it back to the shop. There I was told that I was right. Apart from that they found the fender liner one one side was completely gone. They’re blamed a guy who they called lazy and said he had quit. They said they’d reach out to the insurance and call me back to get repairs started. Since then I’ve had to call multiple times to even get any update on the situation.

      An employee damaged my car while working on an insurance claim, they're giving me the run around.
